Applied to refinance a car loan to lower my rate. Had to reach out several times for an update on the status. Rates are good, but not worth the wasted time. Go elsewhere!

Loan officer DJ was very rude when we showed up for our appt. He also lied about being able to change our payment date after first paymemt. Kept bugging me to open a CC for a balance xfer and then never got back to me after I told him to look into it. The service has really gone way downhill since I first started banking here. They misapply payments and send late notices 20 days after you make the payment. The rates are still competitive and that's the ONLY reason I still do business here.

The best part about Veridian is they truly make you feel like a valued customer. As soon as you walk in, you’re presented with a very friendly but professional environment. I originally went for a car loan and decided to choose them for a credit card as well. A lot of banks and credit unions treat you like they just want your money. But it’s the comfortable and welcoming feeling Veridian provides that has kept me a happy customer.

This branch provides excellent service! One of their financial advisors named DJ made the process so easy in moving my auto loan from another financial institution to this one. I have never received better service from any other branch let alone credit union than this one. I joined them with utter confidence after hearing about their impressive history of being John Deer for decades supporting our hard working farmers, then growing to take over Iowa and currently the largest credit union in Nebraska and now I see why!! The Member I workes with and even Branch Manager were thoughtful and immediately welcoming,cordial, and respectful. I never felt judged or scrutinized- instead, i was treated as a family member. I want you - the reader - to fully realize this is a real authentic review that is not solicited. I came in looking for a preapproval for an RV loan and after only a couple hours I am going shopping today! such trust, in house underwriting and respect at this branch that is rare to find. I could keep going on about their impressive App, open banking options no minimum balance amount, etc. Please go there today!

Great bank with awesome rates! Every time I visit a branch the employees are very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that they have numerous branches all over town so no matter where you are you are close to a location should you need to stop by. If you are in the market for a new car or home purchase check them out. You will find that their rates are some of the lowest around.
