Easy to work with and very professional

I came in looking for a ring to gift my girlfriend and Angel was beyond helpful. It was a great experience all around. I came in a different day to get something for me and Angel was again beyond helpful and took care of me to the fullest. I highly recommend this location.

I love this place for the simple fact their movies are $1. I walked in today, selected just two movies, and when I went to the counter to check out, the lovely woman said "you're good". She let me walk out with two free movies and it completely made my day. You never expect a business to give away anything for free, but this small act of kindness is something that I will remember, and it really leaves a lasting impression. Definately my favorite pawn shop in the area, and I highly recommend it.

Absolutely the best Pawn Shop I've been to in Pinellas County. Only place I trust to pawn my jewelry and guns when it is needed. Dennis, Andrew and Engel have been consistently honest, professional, friendly, and always put their customers first. You guys are the best!! Highly recommend them!

This place ghetto and trashy and j would never walk into it agai .the lady I dealt with a rude gave me a price I asked her to verify it was the right one and she says you know what now I don't want it at all. Like we as the customer don't have the right to make sure they are looking the right item. The lady I was dealing with was in her mid 40's. I run my own business and I wouldn't jere through the front door. I wear dress pants and tuck in my shirt with a belt. I realize not every job requires that. I do think basic grooming is required. She had greasy hair and looked like she hadn't showered in days because she had been up for days. Honest businesses don't employee people like that. Value and your customers deserve better

First time ever pawning anything in my life and the team at this location did an awesome job at making it an easy process and an enjoyable experience. Thanks Rocco (forgive me if I misspelled your name) I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Carlos was very helpful and helped my girlfriend and I choose a great computer. He not only displayed exceptional professionalism but he was very genuine and social.

You have to pay 25% interest on a loan for a day. No other pawn shop in America does this. Wow. That is utterly ridiculous. I hope people do not pawn here. Also, terrible management and employees are extremely misinformed about the policies. This is a joke of a company!!!! DON’T GO HERE. I repeat, please DON’T GO HERE!!
