USAA ATM Oceanside Blvd, Oceanside

Easy fraud for criminals. An employee at my job was able to cash $40,000 in stolen insurance checks via her banking mobile app. When i call the bank the higher ups won't even answer a call. They won't accept responsibility.

Insurance - Up until this incident, I would have rated USAA 5 stars. Things have changed however and I will be looking into new insurance as each different person tells a contradicting story & rules.

This place is ridiculous. For USAA being known for their impeccable customer service, this place was completely awful. Probably a good reason your branch is closing. Try being nicer or at least a half way decent human being.

This is only an ATM to the left of Albertson's. You might miss it, but it is installed in the store fronts there. Someone here said the next closest one is in downtown SD...that's not true. It's in Poway, in the Home Depot parking lot.

This thing is never in service when I try to go deposit and the next closest one is down in downtown San Diego. This is absolutely ridiculous. Every USAA atm should take cash deposits. How is that in an crowded urban city USAA cant accommodate its clients!?

When opening a new account be aware that this bank does not issue temp debit cards. So you can not access cash at all because this branch does not carry cash except the ATMs. Also you will not be able to deposit cash into your account until you recieve your new card because that too is handled at thw ATMs. So just keep your old account open until your card is recieved or be prepared to handle all transactions with cash... Other than that this bank is great. I left for a few months ago "trying something new" and within 2 months found myself right back here with USAA!!!

I tried to get an after hours quote by sending a huge amount of info by email...you can't even email these guys. If you try to 'sign up' to email them they want your birthdate and SS#! NO ONE else asks for that just to talk to you!

These guys are ran by the MOB! Just like in the 70's. Stay away!

Terrible. USAA won't even give out their phone number. IMO, they can't close soon enough.

It's currently just an ATM outside next to Poki Poki if you missed it. IT IS NOT A BRANCH ITS JUST AN ATM.
