Went to the ATM machine 8/11/18 takes my debit card and screen says ATM is unavailable. Cant get my card back. Only used it 2x since we opened account to send to son 4 hrs away in college money. First call to customer service # on ATM machine went horribly wrong. Ignorant CSR rep says I cant nothing for you. Ok thanks for nothing!

The hours of this location aren't very military friendly...A lot of active service members don't get off until 5ish and with traffic it makes it almost impossible to get to this location before 6pm when they close... Twice now I've gotten here at 6:02 and have been looked at through a glass door and told they wouldn't help me... I'm not mad that I wasn't helped. If they are off work than that's okay. I'm mad that the hours aren't later into the day. -A disappointed customer!

If u could give USAA zero stars I would. You are just a number, switched to another bank. Thanks for nothing USAA, 10 years with them and wish I had left sooner.

This USAA is a little away from Fort Sam Houston, but it is a great place for your banking needs.

Well this was one of the worst experiences. We are members just not insurance members. A young driver insured through USSA rear ended my wife and we tried getting this resolves. The man my wife spoke to was extremely rude and degrading to my wife. Especially after she told him she was only in this county for a few years and did not how the procedure was. Basically USAA doesn't want to pay for damages caused by admitted at fault driver. His demeanor was that of a racist male chauvinist and he is lucky I was not around other wise he would have gotten an earful. Very disappointed USAA.

For everyone who lives on outskirts of town, when office is closed you can still deposit cash or check into your account....
