I have been taking my cars here for years to get serviced. Everyone there is always extremely professional, timelines for repair are accurate and communication is good. There's a reason my cars don't go anywhere else for service.

I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for on my way to Gunn Chevrolet. Instead, Alex Jordan exceeded my expectations and found me my new 2014 Silverado 1500 LTZ Z71. This truck has great class and can still beast its way off-road. Above all, Alex was straight to the point, still kept my options open, and gave me the time in making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. If I ever buy a new vehicle again, I'll be sure to ask for Alex Jordan at Gunn Chevrolet. Thanks again!!

My wife took our truck in and arrived @ service center @ 8:20am. She waited around for 10 mins for assistance but no obe came aroubd so she had to locate someone to help check her in then waited 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment scheduled for 9 am .this unacceptable service with appointment at 9am .

There are not enough words to say how greatful I am to Ron Blankenship and Jerry Phillips. These are probably the best salesmen in the San Antonio area. Not only did they treat me and my family with utmost respect, they tried to undo the damage in my confidence after coming from another nearby Chevrolet Dealership. Both Ron and Jerry took the time to go over every question we had but also made it fun. I left feeling like they were my brothers. They both met my expectations and I left feeling that I got the best deal for my money. You need to see these guys. Tell them Frank sent you. Don't go anywhere else, go to Gunn.

I visited Gunn Chevrolet on August 15th looking for a van. Rick Moreland was the salesman I dealt with and he was very courteous and helpful. I explained to him that I wasn't going to buy that day but was a serious buyer and would probably be purchasing a van the following week. I called Rick on the following Monday morning and explained that I would be back in San Antonio on Tuesday and intended to purchase the van we had looked at that Saturday. Tuesday was his day off but he met me there at 9 a.m. and we made the deal. I would recommend Rick to anyone as I was very satisfied with him.

Buying my vehicle with Christian was a pleasant experience. I didn't feel pressured and he was knowledgable when I had questions. He was recommended to me and I feel glad that I made that choice.

It started a little shaky but because of Louis Rivas,the sales consultant, and his efforts it eventually went smoothly and we purchased my husbands dream car. Louis went out of his way to make this sale and if it wasn't for him we would not have purchased the car from Gunn. I want to also thank Tommy Thompson for all his help in making this happen.
