USA Pawn & Jewelry E Speedway Blvd, Tucson

HORRIBLE & SHADEY Business!!!! My house was broken into and my laptop was stolen from me so I called around to all of the Tucson area pawn shops and USA Pawn on Speedway is the ONLY pawn shop that was rude, disrespectful, and unkind to me. The guy I spoke with even told me "Yes, we have pawned 100 to 200 items and laptops in the last 2 days and one of them could have been yours". But, when I asked him to let me speak with a supervisor, he gave the phone to another extremely shadey individual who proceeded to tell me that many things that they pawn each day may be stolen and that they don't worry about that at all, so my laptop could be one of them; but NO, they would not help me out. I did NOT want a name or any information on the person(s) who pawned a Toshiba laptop in the past 2 days, all I wanted to know was whether or not in fact a Toshiba laptop had been pawned in the past 2 days and they refused to give me a yes or no answer. DISGUSTING BUSINESS YOU GUYS ARE RUNNING and Karma will be paying you back big time! The two men that I spoke with were disgusting and should be completely ashamed of themselves!!!

Great place. The staff is friendly and always smiling! They always advise me on the best way to pay for my items when I get a loan so that I can save money.

Bought a apple tablet from them it was nice looking but its a piece of s*** it blinks while on any app it kicks you off the safari browser it has multiple problems bot it for $96.00 and they offer to buy it back for $40.00 . I will NEVER shop their again NOR recommend any business with them.

Bought a dvd player from them. Came home, didn't work. Repeted this 2 more times with none of the dvd players out of 3 worked. People were friendly, but you should test equipment to make sure it works properly

Best experience ever at a pawn shop. The staff is wonderful. Especially the women named Julie. Such a professional. I recommend this pawn shop to all of Tucson and beyond.
