Greg Furrier, and Rob Tomlinson have the worst customer service ever! I kept messaging them about a land that is for sale, and that I was very interested in, but they would never answer back to any of my emails. I really don't know how they have business when they have very poor interest in serving people.

9/1/2020 Edit: After posting this review, an employee by the name of Tina Olson reached out to me. She was much more professional and pleasant to speak with than the rep I originally called. I would like to recognize her for the work she put into making this right for me, despite her not being involved originally, and Karen Wolf. Both ladies were exceptionally kind and apologetic towards me/my situation. A little bit of empathy goes a long way. They did not mention this review at all, but I felt it necessary to amend it as they could have continued to ignore me with no real consequence. So again, thank you to Tina, Karen, and PICOR for reaching out and stepping up as a company. Back in October of 2019, I had went to a restaurant with a friend at one of the properties that Cushman and Wakefield/Picor, specifically Teresa Ryberg, manages on Speedway and Country Club. It was night time, and the parking lot was busy. I unfortunately parked in a space that had a piece of rebar sticking out of the parking block. It was on my passenger side and impossible to see as you are pulling into a narrow space. When we went to leave, I heard a crunching noise, and got out to see that my front bumper completely came off as it was stuck around the piece of rebar. This ended up costing me 500 dollars out of pocket to repair through my insurance, as Cushman and Wakefield/Picor refused to take any responsibility, even though it is their job to keep the property maintained so that things like this don't happen. I emailed them several times with updates on my estimates, and they ultimately denied my claim, even though they actually fixed the parking block a week or two after I reported the issue to them. Clearly they agreed that it was a hazard if they went through the trouble of repairing it. I guess that was cheaper for them than doing the right thing. All I had requested was for them to cover the damages I personally had to pay. There were absolutely no signs stating to park at your own risk or that they were not liable should something like this happen. This took a huge chunk out of my personal savings and also cost me time and undue stress. It may cost me more if I choose to go through small claims, which I am strongly considering. They are a huge real estate company; I am just one person, and do not think I should have had to literally pay the price for their mistake. I am disappointed and frustrated that I have to write this review, but hope that doing so will result in preventing this kind of thing happening to someone else.
