Everyone at Upstate Mortgage was great. We primarily dealt with Pete and he kept us in the loop at all times. He answered all our questions quickly and clearly the first time. Communication was great. We knew exactly what was happening at every step and weren't surprised with any extra costs when we closed. His original calculations from when we signed our contract on close date was within 2 days and mortgage payment was actually lower than expected.

Jesse Card and the whole team at UPM hit a home run! Nothing got in their way of getting us into the home we wanted! Even after a phenomenal rate and a lost deal, they scored an even lower rate on the home we did finally purchase. Will choose again in the future.
