I first met Mike Sullivan back in 2007, when my wife and I were looking for our first home. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us buy and later sell our first house and buy the home we currently live in. He has helped every friend I have referred to him over the years! Our real estate attorney actually put it best, “Mike actually cares about his clients and not just closing a deal.”

My realtor and I had our eyes set on a home listed by the agent Ruben Yosopov. My offer was accepted and I did a home inspection the next day. Everything was okayed by Ruben as he wanted to rush along the contracts. He contacts my realtor two days after the home inspection to tell him that the house has unpermitted work inside of it. The listing never disclosed this information. I am now out the cost of a home inspection done on a home that Ruben stated was free and clear to sell legally with bank financing in which it is not.He never mentioned the unpermitted work of an additional bathroom nor the back deck. This agent is highly unethical and is dodging calls from my attorney to return the cost of the home inspection. Beware of these predators!!!
