    This bank is awful. Have a mortgage and a business account here. But they can't process simple bonds. Literally 40 minutes at the counter for Lisa to rudely tell me she can't do it. Maybe learn the rules of your bank first before you waste time. And keep your vaccine opinions to yourself, no one asked you if you were a scientist, which you aren't. Maybe if you kept your inappropriate personal beliefs outside of work you'd do your job more efficiently. I hate this back.

    I have found all there employees to be very helpful. Lisa and Richard, the manager, are always great to interact with. They have had some turnover, but the service level from my standpoint has been excellent.

    Very unprofessional staff....I wanted to pay my bill with my debit card, no replied the employee. He said I needed cash. I asked to speak with a supervisor he.said.i needed an appointment. I also needes assistance with downloading the app to make payments online refused to help me. I went to my bank to withdrawal cash and went back to Wells Fargo to pay my bill once again , the teller asked me if I wanted my change back???

    Disappointed. First appt I gave all the docs to David Maldonado and gave him the acct info of another business with the same ownership. I said I just needed another account opened under this ownership. He told me he's unfamilar with opening an account with a business owned by the trust so he collected my docs and told me he needed to send to the back office to make sure we can open the business account. I was fine with it but didnt understand why he needed to verify the docs when the same wells fargo just different branch had established a similar account before. Close to a week later, i followed up and David emailed back to let me know the back office has gotten back to him and gave him the go ahead to open the account with the docs. He did warn me it would take an hour to an hour and half to open it and that he needed the back office to walk him through. I was fine with it. Scheduled the appt and went to the branch at 3:30pm. At 5:08pm, we made no progress and he was still questioning me on the structure said there's no percentage on the docs. That's because im the sole owner and it states on the docs which means 100%. If he didnt understand, he should've asked in me in the very beginning or at least in the beginning of the 2nd appt. He could also try to study and understand the docs before the 2nd appointment. The ownership structure is on the docs and there's also the exisiting account I kept telling him he could take a look and just follow it. Not after 2 appts and 3 hours later. He obviously put in no efforts and just replied on whoever was on the phone with him in back office. I thought i was not going anywhere with him, I asked if someone more senior could take over. My husband and 2 months old baby have been waiting in the car. Instead of taking over, Mauricio Calix, a more senior banker, told David to continue working with the back office. I then learned i was just wasting time at that branch. Same input would not give me a different result. I dont understand why someone at another branch at wells fargo could open it without having to consult the back office, this branch cannot. & whoever in back office gave David the go ahead, why not teach David how to. Why was I told to go in for the second time when they obviously weren't ready. They need to hire more competent bankers and senior bankers who are willing to help and take ownership of wells fargo customers overall experience.

    If you thinking to open the account then you have extra time. I come last week at 4 pm and i wait. At 4:45 one peron come and ask me how i can help you. Then i told him for open the account. He reply now its closing time. Come again. Today i come 9:45am and now 10:45am. No one coming for my help. One person heandle one costume and other one is free. I am looking him. He ignore me and left inside some where. Now i am leaving this plase. Bad experience.

    17 days ago I started the loan process for only 3k with an 810 credit score. I was just told today that there really backed up they'll let me know when it was my turn. Where was there really backed up warning 17 days ago? Also love there site says same day next day acess to funds..... glad I didn't need the money for rent, food or repairs. Moral of the story stay far far away from them. P.s. Thanks for hard inquiry on credit score for something I don't even want anymore<3+

    The most rude bank i have ever walked into. If I was ever thinking of opening accounts with them, they definitely lost my interest at hello. So sad. Management should really train better on customer service and sales skills.
