Very very rude when your trying to tell them something about them freezing your account after three days.but I don't think you should bank with this bank they are rude and not very nice to work with your people need to learn customer service skills.

very bad service, we need check our account which some are wrong, the manager Brandy Jones did not let us complain and did not want to listen ,even she forced us leaving. We have right to check our account. She is very bad she need to leave the bank that we never have the treat with bank worker.

Definitely our go-to branch! The employees here are AMAZING. Shout out to Bailey for all the wonderful things she does for us! This is an amazing team and we have never had a complaint, they treat us fantastically. Every time I have been in there, they have helped me out quickly and efficiently while building a friendship. As a manager and the head of Customer Service of a retail business, I am very acutely aware of customer service practices. These guys are masters!

Do to covid-19 you can expect a 30 minute or more wait to get through the drive thru ridiculously slow. They don't even where name tags not very business professional. At this moment they close in 20 minutes and their at least 7 cars behind me.

Incompetent time wasters. I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me that they can’t help me, when they could’ve told me that upon arrival when I told him what I needed.

This is a HORRIBLE bank I had a terrible experience,they have horrible service,they are rude,they are too slow and very poor customer service and disrespectful I will never come here again don't waste your time here i would not recommend this place.
