You will never get slower service in your life. Your time is not their priority. Really really slow even when they're pretty empty.

We recently re-financed our home with this Umpqua Branch, and the customer service was unprecedented ! All those involved at this branch were extremely patient with the ever evolving requirements to satisfy the underwriter's specifics for the process. The loan officers were affable, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and always ready to assist with any issues. We are very well pleased with the quality and speed of service.

I love this branch! I was originally at the downtown Ridgefield branch; when it closed, I moved to this branch. GREAT and friendly service ALWAYS. Now I live in North Carolina, but still maintain my Umpqua account from afar. I miss you all and wish you all the best! Sincerely, Anne C. Johnson

No reception. Runs off new customers easily. This location has a specialty area on the second floor for home loans. Upstairs is a receptionist but don't try to get a sentence out before she interrupts you. Absolutely no reason to do banking with a company that can't bother to greet people coming in the door. If the customer service on any day is like the customer service on the first day, there is no customer service. Initial Takeaway: fail. Give it a pass.

I have opened three accounts at this branch, including two for my small business, and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The drive-through teller and drive-through ATM are nice features as well.

I have banked here since 2008 and been very happy. My local branch knows me, I can talk to a person on the phone by calling my local branch. I rarely wait for a teller and the tellers know how to do their job.

1 star review for being closed Saturday. Come on people you could at least be open a few hours on Saturday. I work Monday through Friday I start before you guys open I get off work after you guys close how am I supposed to do banking

Worst drive thru customer service EVER. waited almost 15 mins to even be helped.
