Umpqua Bank N Proctor St, Tacoma

I get great personalized customer service here. Can't recommend this bank enough.

I have been a loyal customer and was recently the victim of debit card fraud when my card got skimmed and used 4 times yet Umpqua say I authorized the transactions. Absolutely no sympathy or empathy from them and no refund. No customer service here at all and definitely time to find a new bank. Extremely disappointed by all this and would never recommend them.

This is the least friendly, helpful bank I have ever worked with. I don't know if it is just the Proctor location, but they are rude, lazy, and insulting. I thought Umpqua was known for it's customer service, so I hope this one is an aberration. I have banked on this corner (different banks obviously) for 33 years, so I hate to move my accounts, but I may have to!

If I could give this particular bank a zero I would. Very lazy, rude, unhelpful people work here. Apparently anyone can work in this bank as there seem to be no common sense or educational requirements. Doing business banking here is a complete joke. But what can you really expect from a clock in mentality I guess.
