This is the Four Seasons of nail salons!!! This nail salon is a SPA - it is so peaceful and beautiful, so much natural light! I love going to La Bella because the service is amazing and it is so clean. They put so much time into making sure each station is pristine before you start. The liners in the pedicure tubs - such a smart and sanitary touch. Every time I get a manicure there, my gel lasts at least two weeks and it’s always done just right. Love the staff, LOVE the Proctor location (Stadium is wonderful too!) and LOVE the prices. I will forever be a customer!
Thank you for the fantastic review, Joanne! We value your feedback and appreciate you taking the time to write us a review.

I love the dip powder they used. A week and a half later, my nails still look great. I will say I'm a little hesitant of any place that uses super aggressive physical exfoliation, so next time I'll probably request they skip the cheese grater.
Thank you for your review, Courtney! We appreciate you sharing about your experience with us and look forward to seeing you again! Please always feel free to let us know about any preferences that you have and we'll be more than happy to accommodate you.

Nice music. Big place. Expensive for care. Lacking massage, stones, special details like helping out shoes on after pedicure. My pedicure came to $35 w/o tip. My first time here and will be trying another next time. Probably a $25 pedicure experience here. FYI No magazine.

I’ve been here 3 or 4 times now and it’s always a good experience. Masks and distancing during covid. Good prices, especially since the atmosphere is nice and areas are clean. No loud TVs, no loud staff talking to each other, nice to relax. No complaints!
Thank you for your lovely review, Erin! We are so glad to hear that La Bella has been able to provide you with some very relaxing and pampering experiences. We value your feedback and support, and look forward to seeing you again soon!

I really thought I had found the perfect nail salon, seriously. Even though very little english is spoken fluently or understood, somehow I had a dip last 5 weeks and the gel pedi as well! After 2 miraculous visits with Jessica and Lynn? I went for last week for the 3rd time. What a difference. Everyone was tired, no one was smiling, no water or wine was offered to me but every once and awhile someone else got offered, Nicole who did my nails is definitely better than average but Lynn spoiled me. I asked for short nails, but Nicole decided longer was better. I wanted green with red, but to get her off gold, we settled on silver and $20 more than the spendy $50 dip manicure anyway. Jessice this time was obviously exhausted and made me wonder if this was one of those factories you hear about, and when I begged her 4x to clean out miy ingrown nail, I finally asked out loud if anyone could tell her, feeling horrible the whole time, even though the pedicure was, again $50. Long story short I got an overpriced oversold dip experience with 2 of the nails already chipping ( I did ask for shorter!) and a solid question to myself of whether I will return or not. They are still the best around, but next time they need to remember that I'm paying them and if I gave this type of service at my work, I'd be looking for another job.

This place is pretty. The lady at the front desk was really nice. But I got a facial wax and the lady that did it was kinda rude, she didn't talk at all she acted as if she didn't understand me, and if she felt uncomfortable with waxing my face right now (cause of covid, WHICH I WOULD HAVE TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD) She could have said that and I would have went somewhere else. She did my face and left so much hair because she didn't see it from standing so far away.
V. Thank you for letting us know about this experience. This is not acceptable to us and we want to make sure we can make it right. If you are willing to come back in we would like to make sure your facial wax is done to your satisfaction.

Beautiful and huge space hidden in Proctor area, the salon has a great vibe to it. The quality of my manicure is fantastic. Please note that there is a steep staircase needed to enter the salon, which can present a challenge for some.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Alyssa! We are so happy to hear that you had a great experience visiting La Bella Proctor and appreciate your feedback. Hope to see you again soon!

Final UPDATE!!!!! So no surprise that two nails broke NYE so I went in early and asked for a quick fix for one. Not only were they very kind, it was free and they ensured that I got someone else to fix it and Bella was great. I also learned that Leann was the professional I really sync with so will book her or Bella from now on in advance. Everyone was well rested now as well. Maybe it was just holiday insanity the last visit? 2ND REVIEW. I really thought I had found the perfect nail salon, seriously. Simply the best dip manicure I've ever had. Bar none. They did extra layers and never used the heat lamp which seems to thin my nails. Expensive but it lasted 5 week! Half my nail grew out and no splits! I'm sold.
Thank you, Tobi! We're so glad that you had a great experience here with us and hope to see you again soon.

Both the girls that worked on my hands and feet did an amazing job. My feet are super sensitive so I was really worried about going in for my first pedicure. Would highly recommend.
We're so thrilled to hear that you had a great experience, Kristen! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and we hope to see you again soon for a little pampering and relaxation!

Having been a customer for years, I can say they have taken their great customer service and vibe to a whole other level. This has even more of a spa like experience. Your service includes a glass of wine, water, coconut water, juice, soft drink and more. The staff are very friendly. Having visited other nail salons, I have landed here. It's always clean, friendly and they are voted best in the South Sound! Come, relax and leave with a great Mani & Pedi.
