    DO NOT BANK WITH US BANK!! Two years ago, they cut my card off claiming "fraudulent charges," and gave me the number of who to call to get my card put back on. No matter how many times i called the fraud department, they never answered; and US Bank said there was nothing they can do. I couldn't use the card to pay for anything, so i pulled all the money out of my accounts, minus the minimum balance. (With the intent to close it, life got in the way so it sat unused.) Come two years later, i get a letter in the mail saying that my account was overdrawn. I come to this branch to be told that Microsoft charged my CARD (not the account number, but the unusable card) and US Bank let it go through without notifying me that they turned my card back on. I'm not happy to have to pay because y'all charged me twice for overdraft fees without once contacting me. U. S. Bank can kindly take a nice walk off a short pier. Bank elsewhere, do not give them your money.

    Some of the rudest staff yet at a US bank branch. I usually avoid dealing with any of their staff in person. But today I paid 10,000 dollars towards my car loan of 14,500 I have with them. Not ONE thank or thank you. The attitude is fine, great, move on...NEXT!!! Now if someone gave me 10 grand on a loan I gave them (making a major step paying it off way early) I would be sure to thank them profusely. Not this bunch (lady) and they had to work hard at it but they are even ruder then the Barry Road branch personal. If I did not totally despise Commerce Bank I might take my money back from US bank to Commerce who I left for them. But there are other banks and you can bet I will be looking now. I have have HAD it with the rude treatment from US bank branch personal. Note: To date there phone staff have been amazing. EDIT-1-1-22 I was contacted by US Banks Social Media department and the lady was nice agreed that what happened should not have. She then said she would refer my matter to Branch Manager. She did not thank me for the ten grand. At or around 1630 hours the Branch Manager contacted me and I explained the situation to him. After that I could barley get a word in edgewise with him and he talked. Extensively, about how this incident would make his team better and that he would address the lady but "she was out sick." He clearly did not or choose not to understand the core issue that of a thank you for giving them ten thousands dollars and said it was a big deal to pay of a car loan.. I told him I did not pay it off but had over four thousand dollars left on it. That was ignored. I was clear to me from his attitude and tone voice towards me he could have cared less about my issue and it was pretty clear to me he did not want to be bothered with this. Just a bunch of empty platitudes (he made a big deal how he had been in banking for many years..so what) and guess what..NO THANK YOU! FROM HIM EITHER!!! It is no wonder this branch has the rating it does. I am beginning to wonder if he is not the root cause of that. I stand by my original post.

    THEIVES!! Do not go here. Would rate a zero stars! But can't to leave a review. I am from Topeka, KS. Was in the area and needed to make a deposit. Came to this bank between 3:00-3:30 P.M. on 12/28/2021 to deposit $250. Tall black guy in a suit attended to me. Put my cash and US bank debit card into the slot of the drive in teller. Sent my money to him, told him I wanted to deposit $250 into my account. The guy proceeded to do so, the guy said his receipt/deposit slip is not working but the money has been deposited into my account. Guy gave me a blank white slip with nothing on it. Checked my account today and the money is not there! I don't know where my money is. Tried to call the branch to get it sorted out. NO ONE is answering. Completely unprofessional. Calling cooperate to get this fixed. JUST HEARD FROM CORPORTATE!! nothing they can do, so this guy at the bank, the bank teller stole my money.

    I absolutely love every customer service rep that works at this location they take their time with you and are very nice and understanding this is my to go US BANK and I live 30mins away and don’t mind the drive !!!! Thank you to the whole team

    tried to cash a $128. check. window teller deposited it instead. teller completely confused as to why i included a blank us bank check with it....after telling her i just wanted to cash it. Now....you're in banking...a blank check has the routing number and account # on it. But she asks for my ID....okay...keep in mind my ID (DL) doesn't have my account # on it and they are never able to find my account #. They've done away with deposit/ withdrawal slips....so, .... no...the window teller has no idea what to do with it...even after the greeting I say, I just want to cash it. It takes a full 20 if not 25 minutes to undo the deposit transaction and turn it into cash.....reason: she's untrained handling my $$. This, by the polo shirt wearing maybe the guy in charge. And i press "call" and ask him why it takes longer to cash a check than it does to open a new account elsewhere? I'm sorry...blah blah blah....And these 12 cars behind me on a Friday......they're not customers, they're hostages...they can't get outta line to go elsewhere. No problem...when to Security Bank in Mission and opened up a new account. Lobby open, no lines, drive through never more than one car deep....It starts from the top US bank was hit with a 613 MILLION $$ penalty for failing to do their job right with the Scott Tucker (payday loan guy)

    Thought I’d give US Bank another shot after discontinuing business with them years ago. Glad I did. The store manager Brian graced me with professionalism, courtesy, expertise, knowledge, and the best US Bank customer experience I’ve ever had. I’m hard to impress and I’m impressed.

    I have been a US Bank customer for a long time and the Lawrence,KS branches have been good to me. But this 87th OP branch after having a the first transaction with them made me agree with the low review ratings they received. For a customer to be the one apologizing for venting to the teller of why there's a fee for a cashier's check and can not be waived for any reason to the point of getting the manager who is not courteous to explain to me why it can not be waived made me feel like I am nobody because according to her I do not have a 'platinum' account. I know $8 is a small amount of money but it's the principle of good customer service. I could have used my husband's military benefits but they said he had to be there. Mind you, we have a VA loan/mortgage through US Bank. So yes, wish there was zero star to give this branch.

    Terrible terrible location! Not my regular branch but it was the closest. I went in to make a deposit before the end of business day I got in 10 minutes before 5. There was 1 teller and one running drive through. The teller at the teller line was more concerned about closing down the branch than the customer in front of her. She looked frustrated and kept making mistakes on the customers money order and voicing how it was a long day and she was losing her mind and sighing really loud the customer looked a little frustrated to the point the customer before me just stormed out of the lobby and the teller proceeded to tell her manager to close down the doors! By the time she finally got to me it was way past 5, she was rude even though I had a simple cash deposit. I did not get her name but she was the young blonde after she helped me she walked away and said her manager would let me out. I stood there for about another 5 minutes and she was nowhere to be seen as i just stood there with another customer until her manager came and let us out. I hope to never have to come to this location again.
