    This bank charges $7 to cash their own us bank check! I was helped by Alvin and he curteously told me there was no way to circumvent this $7 without opening a US bank. I used to have a US Bank account and it was a rip off the fees they charged me as an account holder. Also I hear their associate Joel over at the desk behind me making multiple called over speakerphone, including someone talking abouy $48,000 transactions! Omg!

    Absolutely terrible customer service! If I could give this bank/manager zero stars I would! The branch manager is a joke. Educate and train your team better!

    Cannot complete transaction. Technical vault problems but would not answer call before arrival. Edited for inconsiderate response ... This was during normal operating hours and inside the branch was not able to provide withdrawal service and the amount exceeded ATM limits. I tried to call before arrival but no one answered the call.

    The lady that helped me Mandy Tran was the most sweetest young lady , so helpful and had the patient with me being a senior. She was able to look up all the information I needed. Offer me to come back at her working hours and days and still continue helping me if I have any problems. She deserves the recognition

    Do not go there...... The wait time at this branch is forever. The worst employee work there Tiffany she makes a lot of mistakes amd so rude she throw my mom cards on the counter because she didn't like it when I told her waiting time here is so long, also I went to talk to her supervisor Dolly she said ok ok and left while I'm still talking . We are been a us bank customer since 2005 I've never seen like that before

    I can not believe that some of these employees have jobs. I’m a long time customer of US Bank and have a personal and business checking account with them so you’d think they’d appreciate my business but apparently the middle aged brunette/blonde felt her spiteful agenda was valued more as a teller. And hopefully she reads this and she’ll remember exactly who I am US Bank does a courtesy to their customers where in they will release funds on a US Bank check Immediately seeing how the check comes from that bank specifically. I wasn’t even taking cash which I could understand no I just needed the money released so that I could not be over withdrawn as well as pay rent which was due that day or I’d suffer a penalty. Essentially I was looking at about $100 in fines and fees had the funds not been released that day. I tried to explain to her that I have this done every time I cash this check that I’ve been cashing with them for well over two years for the exact same amount. She wouldn’t look at my history she wouldn’t even consider calling my home branch which is in Fullerton and clearing the check. There was verified money in the account for the person who wrote me the check even. After pleading with her for what seemed like 5 to 10 minutes she pushed me my stuff back and ushered over another customer. My jaw dropped I could not believe it I called US Bank in the branch come to find out they are allowed to do exactly what I wanted them to do but it’s left up to the branches discretion now I know you may say to yourself well they decided not to but there was no reason given to me why other then she just didn’t want to is that how you treat your customers you have a very simple job lady and that’s to be a bank teller you are not God and you should not act like it! Have a little class US Bank and treat your customers better or get rid of these people that don’t treat them well at all if it works for us you guys wouldn’t be in business so thank you and hello Wellsfargo because here I come

    Only one teller in the middle of lunch. Waited 20 minutes to withdraw money.
