    I'm very pleased that US Bank reviewed my previously denied loan. Today I signed loan documents. My thanks to Rick the Diamond Bar branch manager and Cindie for their assistance I even opened a platinum checking account. US Bank came through for me.

    Our mortgage is with US Bank, we refinanced with US Bank so we decided to get a HELOC through them we have excellent credit and hundreds of thousands of dollars in equity. Our experience was terrible, they wasted our time requesting ridiculous amounts of documents only to deny us.I will never do business with US Bank and I'm canceling my USBank credit card. I do not recommend. Very unprofessional.

    Had an issue with the branch manager a week ago. It has been a week now and I have still not had an update on my previous complaints. My account is now closed and they are not helping me like they said they would. He failed to even listen to the issues I was bringing up and multiple times came back with incorrect info or things I was not talking about. This caused me to have a break down, and due to my ADHD I ended up calling the branch an absurd amount of times just to be screamed at and hung up.

    Today 1 Aug. 2018, I went to your Diamond Bar branch and asked if I could get two rolls of quarters. I had a twenty dollar bill. She asked if I had an account with them? I said yes at another branch on Hacienda Blvd. She said only merchants can get a roll of quarters. She didn't even bother to check if I had an account with them. Then she said go to Albertson's to get my quarters. How dare her. What kind of a teller is she? A very very very bad customer service. Please look into this matter, before your teller send a customer to a grocery store to get my quarters. To me that is very rude of the teller, to say to a customer to go to a store to get 2 rolls of quarters. Please send this to the president of the US Bank.

    I drove miles to withdraw my money and this bank does not have a single ATM working. They have only one drive through atm which is not working. Very bad service
