Discriminate against the physically impaired. Refuse to meet the needs of physically impaired and housebound customers. Insists repeatedly that housebound customers must come to the bank in person for certain transactions that other banks do online. Tells you that you need sign over all of your financial matters to someone else to handle for you even when sound of mind ... giving somebody else total control ... if you can't physically come to the bank. Go out of their way to make things far more difficult and often totally impossible for their physically impaired and housebound customers.

Max deposit that someone else can make into your account is $500 here. ATMs accept more money than this place. Use another bank.

I live over 100 miles from any town and have utilized this branch on several occasions over the past 4 years and have never had an issue. The tellers are always nice, polite and provided excellent service.

I don’t ever publicly review businesses but I feel that my experience warrants a review. I’m not surprised that this location has such a poor overall rating. I just went to the drive through to withdraw some money out of my account. It took a couple minutes for the teller to even acknowledge me (she was sitting at the window counting money). I totally understand if you are finishing up with something before dealing with me but to not even acknowledge I’m there? For several minutes?? Then she was rude during all of our verbal communications during the rest of this encounter. I just don’t get it. A smile and some kindness goes so far but you did none of this. Then at the very end, she told me to “have a good day, hun”.....no. Not even going to respond to that. You can’t have terrible customer service our entire interaction and then try and save it at the end with comments like that. It’s unfortunate that this is the only location close to where I live.

Been working on an auto loan for 4 month trying to get a title and this bank was incapacitated of providing me with it. Final I paid the loan off. Will be closing out checking and saving accounts from this branch. Could be the most incompetent people that I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. Branch manager will not return phone calls. This branch believes it is best policy never call anyone back and hoping issues just GO away. Unless you’re extremely desperate do not apply for any loans or checking accounts with this branch.

I avoid this branch as much as possible. The tellers are rude and they always talk down to you as if though you didn't know what you were doing. They make it difficult to conduct any type of transaction. No one ever smiles or is friendly. Poor poor customer service!

Went in to cash my check, and the teller told me he couldn’t cash it because it was fraudulent. After waiting 20 minutes of him “trying” to reach someone to validate the check I called the company that issued the check, and within a couple minutes everything was fine... The tellers don’t seem very interested in helping their customers, and come off abrasive. 9 years of being with US Bank, and I think I’ll switch now. Thanks!

Tried to apply for a loan so I can buy a car, not a big loan, just $1000. They basically laughed at me and told me that because I don’t have any credit (I’m barely even 19 now) it wasn’t even worth my time to fill out the application. Went to a credit union is Boise and was given a loan the next day. Once again, US bank suckssssss

If I hadn’t had an account with them for so long, I would have closed my account due to this branch. I find it difficult to shop someplace when they consistently do not answer the phone. When they have answered, I just get put on a list that someone will call me back... and they don’t
