My work schedule doesn't allow me to be here during bank hours so I use the atm machine often for transactions. I can honestly say that 1 out of every 10 times I use the machine here the transaction goes smoothly. My job is mainly cash oriented and half the time the machine won't take cash deposits, other times it just spits my card back out and prompts me to call the bank, other times the touch screen doesn't work, yesterday I went and the screen showed it was just booting up? Very frustrating.

I'm a long-time USBank customer and have had decent luck with the customer service at this location, but the drive-thru ATM here is a major letdown. Over the past four years I've lived here, it has alternated between not accepting my ATM card, spitting out $20s cut in half, and not accepting cash deposits. If bank hours were more reasonable I'd go inside to make the deposit but my work schedule doesn't allow it. Clearly USBank's ATM maintenance budget doesn't include Forest Lake because most others I've visited work fine.

Went in there to exchange cash, and the teller terri is who i was dealing with. I gave her my money and after visually struggling with the money counter she refused to recount the money when we got different numbers. Then after asking for 100s she gives me fifties, so politely I ask if they had 100s in which she than goes yep and keeps doing my next transaction. I have never been so disrespected by a bank before all the other usbanks i go to are professional and nice. This was a serious disappointment they need to look at their staff.

I come here every day for work and it always takes a while which I understand and I’ve never had a problem with it. Today I was running a little late and I pulled up at 5:02 PM along with a couple that pulled up at the same time. and they decided to help the other person and refused to help me. I get they were closed but seems a little ridiculous they can’t work just five minutes past their time. I do it all the time. Also seems very rude to choose to help one customer and not the other when they both show up at the same time. Very rude.

HORRIBLE service! They manager lady there and the tellers are very incompetent in doing there jobs. They gave me a run around in depositing a check into my savings account. I had it signed over to me from my husband. Not only did they send me home to come back for the second time that day to then not help me. Wasting over an 2 hours of my day. I went to Wells Fargo nearby and had great service that helped me get my check deposited. I will be closing all my accounts at US Bank. This location will loose all my business. They treated me like a crook. When they are all to incompetent in doing there jobs. Go to this bank if you want poor service, lack of knowledge and a manager who would rather close up the doors to get out early then to help out a guest that had had several accounts for several years. This place absolutely disgust me!!!

Went through drive through today for fast convenient service....NOT! Waited 12 minutes before served then another 5 to make a payment. This isn't their usual service. Tried the same yesterday left drive thru after 10 minutes went inside to a line of 5 people.. I left to attempt today's mission. They need more tellers.

Very frustrating that every time I come here no matter in the bank or through the drive through and I present my military ID that I am then re asked for a valid form of ID or my drivers license. US Banks website and federal guidelines state that a government issued ID including a military ID are acceptable not only for transactions, but employment, travel, etc. please know what is allowed and let those that work and manage know so that you can not offend people. It’s unprofessional.

A little slow they only had one teller at the counter and the guy in front of me of course had some crazy stuff you wanted done took a long time but I was patient

Made a atm deposit machine took some of my money went inside talked to a personal banker they said to leave name and number i did they said they would call and take care of it they didnt so thats why i have chosen to give them a 1 star also i am a us bank customer
