Wrost branch i have ever visited. Just to open an business account they took more than a month and still saying we are working on it. Just to open an account more than a month ridiculous

I scheduled an appointment in advance to meet with a banker at 12:30 for what I thought would be a 10-minute transaction over my lunch hour. When I arrived the door was locked with a sign saying the lobby was open by appointment only. I called the branch but no one answered. I then drove around to the drive thru but the line was at least six cars deep. After spending 15 minutes standing outside (in full view of the multiple employees inside) on the phone with the 1-800 number (they also tried calling the branch and got no answer) someone finally came to the door for another client who had waited in the drive thru line. I was let in and then spent another 15 minutes waiting. At least 3 people were sitting at desks and only one person was assisting customers. The banker I met with was very helpful, but was extremely busy since she was the only one handling several customers. The whole experience was unprofessional and it took nearly an hour for me to take care of a simple transaction that should have taken 10 minutes.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with Kelsey to close out my account. Due to fraudulent charges my account became overdrawn and they said the best thing to do would be close the account. I paid almost $300 to fix the account and close it. Kelsey said there was nothing she could give me to prove it was resolved. And today I see why. My account is still showing open and negative and they aren’t showing my deposit! I filed an official complaint with their corporate office but nothing has been resolved! Can’t wait to see how many overdraft fees they try to charge me! Been dealing with this for two days now.. and tomorrow will be 3!

People are nice, but US Bank has really gone downhill in the past few years. I have a business account, personal account and credit card. The ATMs are often out of service in the communication is ridiculously poor. It’s a shame because US Bank used to be a premier bank and now it seems like they do not care.

I have banked with this bank for YEARS. Went to the ATM to put some money into my checking account and the ATM took my card for NO reason. Called customer service they couldnt do anything about it. Pretty pointless to have a customer service if its useless in the first place. I get paid tomorrow and have bills to pay and have to work so now I am in a horrible dpot over THE ATM being messed up. For sure switxhing banks. So dissapointed.

Had Deposited Cash into ATM at this location and the cash got stuck in the ATM, called and made a report, they assured me that I was most likely going to get my money back with my claim. I called this location the next day, and they told me that the ATM was getting repaired so that would help my claim. I recently received a letter and they said my claim was denied! I lost $95 and also lost my trust in this bank, I didn’t get protected at all for an accident like this what else can I expect for the rest of my money that I work hard for! Very disappointed and will change banks soon!

This branch is one of the worst in all of KC. Lady named Soledad was very rude to me. Also, they're always short staffed and busy. I'm gonna find a different branch to bank at.

These people are banking criminals. This is the worst bank that I’ve ever used. They stole $65 from me by officially withdrawing money before deposits that were made earlier in the day. They also officially withdrew the largest deposit first so that they could maximize the overdraft fees. Somehow I still had a positive balance after the theft. I could see the branch manager was in her office but they said she was on vacation. These people are banking criminals.

My experience here was just terrible. I sat down to talk to someone about my $70 + over draft fees. My account was in the positive when I swiped it twice. I figured my account went negative from gas pending and that wasn't even it. I was very respectful and said I just opened this account can you just waive these this ONE time and like a robot he repeated unfortunately this is not a bank error. No matter what I said. I even had to uncomfortably get up as he said nothing else. When I said I have to close my account he either repeated the bank error line or ignored me. This is NOT where I would want to bank. I've heard horrible stories about us bank but when I called to inquire about an account they were so pleasant on the phone to get me to open it so I went ahead and did it. It even took 3 times as long as usual to get my card in the mail and then my pin NEVER came. And I was still respectful and not bitter about it. Biggest mistake. My bank should be human and friendly and work with options this was not the case.

Always understaffed (management's fault), drive-up ATM is FREQUENTLY out of service, long wait times, occasionally closed during normal business hours with no warning...don't bother even attempting to do your banking at this branch, it's not worth the frustration.
