Very disappointing experience. Jacob the gentlemen who holds the title of manager is no where near manager quality employee. How this individual was given this title is beyond me. Possibly no other option so he receive his position by default. Stopped in to get a letter to send to my retirement company which is located out of the country. Due to this there is some specific information US bank needs to provide on behave of myself “the customer” in a letter form. Very simple not difficult at all. Staff said they were unable to help me. I asked to speak to the manager and was told “we will check if he can”. He was within eye range my entire visit. He never left his desk he never came over to speak with my partner and I. He completely ignored us. After several mins we tried calling US bank customer service. They told us to head to a branch and the branch could help us no problem. We explained we were sitting at a branch with no resolution. Long story short very upsetting experience. This branch needs to get their act together. We are the customer. It’s the first time ever we have asked for a special request and received a hand in the face. We will most likely be looking at other banking options. Not comfortable with the whole experience.

The teller I had today by the name Yanina was absolutely amazing with the way she taught me how to navigate through their online banking app after she opened an account for me. She really exceeded all my expectations of how I like to be treated as a customer and if she is a reflection of how US Bank sets it's standards with how to treat people then they are definitely a bars above the rest.

Okay I’m not a fan of big banks or machines driving economic inequality but this branch of us bank is exceptional. The people are friendly and truly want to help. We struck out with four differ banks before getting the help we needed here. If it were not for being a big bank I’d give this bank four stars!

They clearly need to provide a class for their employees, the worst experience I've ever had at a bank. So rude and inconsiderate. Stay away from this location...

Seriously this is the best US Bank branch. We have been with them for years and I pop into other ones sometimes and they are not nearly as helpful. Everyone here is always helpful and will get your questions answered even if it is something you can do online. It’s always nice to have a person you can chat with.

Manager Adam Marsh initially refused to open a new checking account for me. I inferred that he believed the account I asked to open was not large enough for him to bother with it. There were three customer service reps and nearly no customers, but he left me waiting for a long time anyway before finally helping. From a customer’s standpoint, it is hard to be profiled as someone that isn’t wealthy enough for the bank to bother with.

I love this branch. They've always been very helpful both in person and on the phone. I think one of the best things about this location is the people who work here have been here for quite a while which helps build relationships. I frequently come here with an older person who is slow and doesn't hear real well. They have always been kind, patient and respectful with her which I appreciate. I've been happy with US Bank and think this particular branch is the best.

I have been with US Bank as my primary bank for years, which may be why they are so good to me, but they are so good. The people at this branch are also great and go above and beyond to help however they can. I will go out of my way to use this branch.

I went in today to cash my payroll check. The girl had to get approval from the guy at the next window, (didn't get his name, at the last window). After she asked him for approval he finished with his customer, cleaned up his desk, put away few plastic trays and took on another customer who just walked in, at the same time he kept looking at me. The girl kept apologizing for the waiting time, I felt sorry for her. It was very awkward for the teller and myself. I think that they forget that this is my companies bank and if this is how people are treated who we are paying, then maybe we should move our company account to a bank that is more aliened with our values.

I use U.S. Bank for my checking, savings, and two credit cards. I like their no annual fee Cash Plus credit card because I can choose two categories like cell phones or home utilities to earn 5% cash back. When I redeem points on their Flex Perks card, I don't get charged airport or airline fees. You can also use points to pay for the annual fee. I can find a branch in most neighborhoods and cities. Parking is easily available at this branch. Unfortunately, I can't recommend U.S. Bank to my QuickBooks customers that I set up, fix, clean up, train, and provide the software for a discount because unlike other banks, you can't download their transactions directly into QuickBooks desktop Pro or Premier like Chase, Bank of America, BECU, and other financial institutions at no charge. What's so difficult about enabling that?
