The only way to connect to US Bank is via social media. I called this branch to talk to Jesse Martínez who probably is the current manager at this location. I’m not able to reach him in the last two days after calling the branch a few times. He used to work at Park Meadows Branch and promised me to waive fees for 3 foreign checks US Bank misplaced or lost last year. Now, it has been sorted out, US Bank needs to honor their promise and waive off the $20 wire transfer fee and conversion fee after the 3 checks were deposited. Hope US Bank will resolve this matter quickly. Update 5/6: Stephanie from US Bank Customer service was able to help out and get me $60 refunded but couldn’t help with conversion fees. I’m glad someone knows how to help a loyal customer!

I've cashed plenty of US bank checks here in the past with no problem. I recently went in to cash another check that I withdrew from my 401k and I was told the check "didn't feel real!." I asked them to run the check numbers and verify if it's real or not and they would not. They refused to even check to see if it was "real." To top it off it was some dude girl telling me it was fake! Haha priceless

I have been to this US Bank multiple times to cash checks and I don't even have an account here. I have never had a problem with the tellers. They are so nice and pleasant to me. They always engage in conversation with me.

One of the worst bank branches I've ever visited. This branch seems so dysfunctional, I'm surprise they're allowed to handle people's money. I expressed my concerns with the branch manager, John Lutz, and he concurred with my findings. He showed little remorse and said, "that's just the way we operate here" and "these problems are above my pay grade." I'm frankly surprised he's allowed to supervise anyone; it seems as if he's in over his head with his assign responsibilities.

Terrible experience. I went to deposit money in the ATM and there was an issue. There was no assistance what so ever and when I called I had to file a dispute and now have to wait possibly 45 days. Most ridiculous experience of my life.

Recently I have started going to this location more often than before. For the past three weeks, Maria Castirena has assisted me four times. Every time I came in with a tone of coins that needed to be changed into cash, made deposited, as well as ordered new coins boxes. Not only that, i also purchased a lot of pennies, nickel, dimes, and halves dollar boxes. She always smiles, friendly, greetings, and made me feel welcome to come in and do business at this location. I’m recommending and referring others to this location.

I have had a very poor experience with US Bank thus far. I am a new customer, I have had the account for only about two weeks. I needed to speak with Russ, the branch manager, about some funds that were deposited in the beginning of the week that I need to have available this weekend. I have made multiple attempts to get this resolved and have tried to speak with Russ both over the phone and in person. When I attempted to speak with him in person, instead of advising me a better time to come back or asking me to wait while he finished his phone call, he told one of his employees over IM that he would not consider my situation. He does all of this without even speaking directly with me, which I find incredibly disrespectful and bad business practice. Moving to US Bank was a mistake if this is the kind of service that is received.

Incompetent bankers. There were 4 cars in front of me in drive thru banking and I've been waiting an hour. They're also moving the lane next to me faster and I'm trapped. So ticked off! Never come here!

The tellers are decent but the bankers are rude. US Bank itself is really shady. Fees everywhere. They look at your bank balance like a vulture looks at carrion. I recommend switching to a Credit Union. Dealing with an honest bank is worth the inconvenience.
