    I've been a US Bank customer for over 30 years but am getting a little sick of the inconvenience of their recent change in hours. NOW they have days where they close at 3:00!!! What happened to a workday of 8 hours? The service has gotten incredibly slow. Drive thru is supposed to be for quick transactions. Sometimes only one lane open. Lobby is locked. Not many more chances to keep my business!

    This branch is AWFUL. The service I received from the dark haired snot at the drive through today was the worst I've ever experienced. First, we've been customers for over 30 years. Secondly, it's not your business why I asked you nicely to print some counter checks nor is it your business to question the quantity. Your argumentative tone was very unprofessional and not appreciated.

    Worst bank I've been with. I have been here for over 6 years and recently moved and had costly transactions. Went into a negative on my account, I let the bank know I would take care of it within 24 hours and I was noted an over draft fee for $40. I called to see if I couldn't get this waived as this has never happened to me. The ranch manager Shawn chuckled on the phone and said at this time there's nothing we can do. I then said okay is there a way I can close my account and he chuckled again and said you can pull your money from your account at anytime. I will never bank with these people again and as a manager, the conversation could've been handled very differently and more positively whether that be my money being refunded or not. I can get better service from the Walmart greeter.

    Worst bank ever. I went to cash a paycheck from one of their customers because it was much closer than my bank. Not only was the girl super snooty but they charge 7 $ to cash one of their checks. I had considered opening an account with them....thank god I didnt. Whoever was working the window today should be fired. Your establishment is a fraud and deplorable. No wonder you struggle at customer retention.

    They take way too long to go through the drive thru. If the place looks like it has more than 2 customers your probably better driving to a different location to do your business.

    I find it absolutely terrible that this bank changes things on their online banking and now I can no longer make a mobile deposit for more than $750. I live 21/2 hours from the closest branch. Now I have to travel that far just to deposit my check every month. I will be changing banks!!!!
