U.S. Bank Branch Ventura Blvd, Sherman Oaks

Ordered Euros, got pounds. Was charged three admin fees and it took three bankers to agree with me that I was not properly refunded.

This local branch is one of the few long standing locations in the Los Angeles Valley. Open six days a week, with extended hours on Friday only (until 6pm) and shorter hours on Saturday (until 1 pm). The ATM outside is usually always in great shape and easy to use and the inside lobby as well as main entrance into the branch is always warm and welcoming. The gentlemen usually on the floor including the security guard are always personable. Chanaka helped me out on my most recent visit and was extremely polite as well as informative on current offers. Definitely hope I get him again. The parking lot is super easy though the traffic for getting out can take a beat during peak and rush hours. Need a reliable US Bank branch, then do it right in Sherman Oaks.

I came to my appointment on time and they made me wait 40 minutes. Terrible service that don’t give a **** about their customers

Horrible experience I went In to cash my checks and they were telling me they don’t have money I said “how do you not have money it’s a bank” the teller said listen Karen I don’t need to cash you check go to your own bank… I tried to asked for his name and he was refusing to give me it WORST BANK

This was my first contact at this branch because my usual branch on Riverside drive is closing--very unhappy about this, but anyway I met with Victor at this branch and found him very pleasant and accommodating regarding the problem I needed to handle. Everything went smoothly until his computer froze. "Corporate's" decision was to shut it down and therefore wiped off everything that Victor had done for me in the past hour. This is the only reason that I don't give 5 stars. Victor was great but "corporate" is not. By the way I found out that the workers at my branch that is closing are all being laid off and told they can reapply for a job if they want. They are not interested in letting them transfer to another branch and keep their benefits and seniority. What in the world is wrong with US Bank corporate HR policies???? Did they ever think about how valuable employee loyalty is and how much better they work for clients when they are secure in their own jobs. Makes me wonder if U S Bank deserves MY loyalty.

Absolutely terrible service. I have never been to a bank where the customer service is so terrible. It's only this location, especially their new accounts department.

I like the stuff for many years and have very good relationship . I would like them do not display CNN news on TV all the time , because it annoy me and as I can see some other costumers, and also I would like them to follow old American Christmas traditions and make a Christmas decoration , even if it does not look politically correct for somebody.

I handled all the business I needed to, but waiting close to 20 minutes really is quite a long time. The business manager was very friendly and knew all the answers, but still,, way too long

Manager Edward makes up his own rules. The other branch 4 blocks away performed excellent. I refuse to believe that different branches have different policies.

They are very rude.i never back this location again
