This Bank of America branch's interior is business-like, with a minimalist, "Madison Avenue" style. There's lots of comfortable seating. Glass walled private offices, define the reception area. There was a short wait for a teller. Marjan, who handled my transaction, is knowledgeable and friendly. Came back a second time at 10:10. The wait time in the queue was 30 minutes. There was only one teller on duty. ATMs are located at the front and rear of the building. The front ATM is in an enclosed lobby that requires a bank card for entry, when the facility is closed. There is no drive thru. Ample free parking in their lot. Everything is ADA compatible.
Thanks Cary for the review! We’re glad to hear about your great experience and hope you’ll consider Bank of America for your future banking needs. ^susan

Unfortunately, another bad experience with this branch after being a 20+ year client. I went to replace a damaged $50 bill with clearly less than 50% missing portion. The branch manager stated that it can be replace only if more that 70% is presented to the teller. I asked her to confirm the 70% rule. She did and refused the service. After researching I discovered that generally banks replace damaged bills, provided that more than 50% of the bill still visible, so her “70% rule” was clearly due to lack of competence on her managerial position and, more importantly, lack of desire to help a client. BoA, may be a good bank, but unfortunately some employees contribute to create a bad reputation.

well the plus would be that there is plenty of parking space, very clean location (outside) but unfortunately there is NO DRIVE-THRU in this facility. (I got completely fooled…drove down the hill just to realize the fact that there’s no drive-thru) as a mother of 2 toddlers having a ways to improve day by day situations/ things it’s so convenient… unfortunately this branch is not doing this… specially because it advertised something that they don’t have. Im sorry but it’s a bit disappointed

I would give 0 if possible. Rude unprofessional employees. It took the bank 3 years to change my legal name with all documents provided. False information over the phone that will waste your time. The worse experience with the bank ever.

Horrible customer service. I've been considering closing out all my accounts with Bank of America for a while but this last experience with this location, with I think her name was Belle or Bella, has now officially led to leaving this terrible bank after being apart of it for 16 years. She was very rude and would not help me out with a simple request. I needed to make an address change to my account and obtain a letter or confirmation of this (I had just gotten a new car and needed to provide documentation asap of this address change) and she rudely would say this was not something they do. She practically rushed me out of the bank and acting as though I'm wasting her time as I was trying to figure out if there was something else I could do. She would say "is there anything else?! I need to help other customers". Mid conversation she even got up and locked the entrance doors to the bank. Anyway, horrible experience. B of A overall has declined in service and this location in particular is probably the worst in the area. Do yourself a favor and switch over to Chase- I went there afterwards and opened new accounts there with ease and amazing customer service. They were shocked to hear about this experience as well and noted what I was requesting for literally takes 5 minutes and easily could get a letter on the spot for a change like that.

THERE IS NO "Drive-thru" ATM HERE. What a travesty in the digital age to have this inaccurate statement remain after all these years. The branch is understaffed and lines are often out the door anytime between 2:00 pm and close of 4:00 pm which redefines "bankers hours" and makes it impossible for the average working person to get to the bank before it closes.
Hi Kevin. We understand your frustration. Hours in some financial centers have been adjusted on a case-by-case basis, based on many factors including traffic in these locations. We offer convenient alternatives for some transactions available at the financial center. June 18, 2021. Warning: The nine ATMs located at this branch malfunction. I reported a bad machine to the manager last week. Today a different machine broke down in the middle of my check deposit; the screen froze after taking my check and did not return my card. The frozen screen showed the amount of the deposit (!) and a prompt to confirm it (!) It probably still does. Since this occurred a few minutes after the four pm closing time, the manager would not assist, other than to tell me to call ATM tech support. I then waited 40 minutes in the lobby while a remote tech person tried without luck to get the machine to respond. Meanwhile, it became apparent to me that other customers at both lobbies were also experiencing ATM problems - a couple since before closing time. A claims rep later told me I’d be getting a new debit card, but might have to wait two weeks for the claim funds to be available. Seriously considering doing my banking elsewhere. As a courtesy to their “valued” customers, one might expect a bank to have enough good sense to, at the very least, hang a sign reading, “OUT OF ORDER” if the machine cannot adequately warn people. My family and I have been loyal BofA customers for more than 30 years, but this is definitely a low point in the relationship.

I’ve been banking with BoA for more than 5 years, but I’ve never seen a worst customer service than this branch. There’s always a long line, and most of the time they only have 1 or 2 people assisting customers. If you are willing to wait in line for more than 30 minutes for a simple transaction go to this branch.

Shows the branch is open for in person transactions on Saturdays. Not true!!! Had to drive around until we found an open branch today along with 40 other people! Line wrapped around the building and only 5 people at a time allowed inside!!!!
