Terribly long lines because only one teller. So many branches have closed and the remaining branches are understaffed. They say it’s difficult to get employees but they might consider paying higher wages. The staff is friendly and professional but … there aren’t enough of them. I’ve banked with this bank for 40 years but I’m considering changing since they don’t seem to be concerned about customer service.

Unfortunately I went back to this bank today! To open a savings account!! I was told NO!! Go on line!! We’re to busy! Or come back next week!! Really!! One lady was just standing around. One lady just laughing and talking of course you can’t hear what they are saying they are behind glass!! The worst customer service ever!!!! Go to another bank!! This one doesn’t want your business!!! What has happened to US Bank!!?? The customer service can’t get worst! Two tellers the line out the door! And three people just standing in the back laughing in a conversation. I asked for help and was told NO!! They will not help me! They do not give out fax numbers. All I needed was a fax number!! Hire better people!!

I was a bit skeptical going there after reading the reviews, but went anyway since the nearby branches don't have higher ratings. One of the banking managers was very helpful and I was treated well and respectfully the entire time. Wish every banking interaction I have could be like this one.

I don't have a choice but to go here because I make business deposits. But when I need change I have to wait in a ridiculously long line because there aren't enough tellers. They need to have a merchant window. I am on the clock, I need to get back to work. This is outrageous. If I had a choice, I would definitely go elsewhere.

Time to find a new bank. I have been with you us bank for over 30 years. But the last few times I've been here wait over an hour to make a deposit.. I know employees are hard to come by.. But you could get the people from the desk to help clear these lines up.

If you want someone to speak to they are great as far as the ATM machines about 50% of the time I can't make a deposit or withdrawal. I call customer service and they always are apologize about some issue. After today I now have to open a new account somewhere else because this is causing me problems.

Continuous long lines inside and out. Management rarely steps in to help. Not worth the problems they offer, which is the only thing they can. Chose happiness and time and another establishment. And they’ll reply to this with the typical thoughtless apology but nothing will improve.

I have been dealing with US Bank since 10/7/21. I opened an account and provided them with the documents to prove my address. They have since then requested it 3 more times. My account is still not accessible. I have driven to the bank over 7 times. Been given incorrect numbers to call intentionally. Then I finally get some help after tolerating hostility from the manager Ben. Only Ben is unable to find out more until the next morning. He said he would call and follow up with me. Then I have to call the bank and Ben doesn't even work today. This is the WORST customer service I have ever received. This branch will probably close like the rest of them.
