The bank manager is very nice.. But I had a very bad experience with the teller she was very disrespectful I just think he needs more cheerful People. you never know what someone is going through. People could be having a bad day and come out of the bank having a good day. If they had more nice people working there. In my opinion she doesn't like African American people I work very hard And have been at my job for 16 years and I'm sure this woman is younger than me And have no place to look down on me and we're equal just saying. not understanding how she got her job her manager is african american. GOD BLESS BOFA 🙌

I bank at the BofA branch on 102nd and Stark. Deb has been at that branch for as long as I can remember, and I love going into that branch. I go to this branch because we have a safe deposit box at this branch. I cringe every time I drive into the parking lot to get into my SDB! Because the service is so bad, long line & 1-2 tellers. I was going to get into my SDB last week until I drove up to find a line out the door and half way into the parking lot. I turned around and said (won’t say it out loud ) Have to close my SDB, but think I will call and make an appointment to see the manager or someone that knows something tomorrow? I went into the bank on Monday afternoon to tell them I needed to get into my safety deposit box! And that I lost my key and needed the box drilled out! The clerk told me someone would be calling me! Haven’t had anyone call me yet and it’s Wednesday morning? I was very lucky on Monday afternoon because I was #2 in line and it only took about 10-12 minutes to get to the window. But, by the time I was finished there were 5-6 people in back of me! And they probably had to wait for 15-20 minutes in line. I walked through the bank to see if there were anymore employees?? Only one other employee in one of the little offices?

I have no idea why anyone would se this bank or this location at all, not only due they close at 4:30 m-f ( the better not to serve you) but they even close early on Saturday supposed to be at 1 but doors are locked before 12:55 . So I can’t cash check till Monday and will have to pay late fees because getting off the clock is more important then maintaining hours and providing customer services. .....FU and it is even worse today the bank manager decided to berate me because despite having multiple employees working only one was helping customers. And after finally getting to one side was told to wait for check verification and then I could get back in front of line. So I tossed my stuff on table and he took offense and even though I apologized (?) he continued to berate me instead of actually helping. Why ANYONE USES THIS BRANCH IS BEYOND ME.

The woman in charge of making appointments for banking business (Christine?) was so nice and very helpful. We went to this branch after a bad experience at the B of A on SE Washington & the customer service was night & day.

I Went in to deposit some money less then 300$ for relative in east cost. I have account number and name Bank teller tells me that they don’t take cash for the deposit for third party anymore. I waited 15 minute in line. Teller tell me I only can deposit with personal check or money order. So I went to the one in Eastport plaza by Walmart they deposit no question ask. I give them a five star.

I've had it, Chase here I come!!! I've been a customer for years and there is always a wait. Never more than 2 tellers open so even if there are only 2 ppl in line, like just NOW, it still takes at least 30 minutes. Have to do it though, if I want my money immediately. So, I just waited 30+minutes to deposit my pay check (which is drawn from BOA) only to be told out of the blue that none of my check will be available till tomorrow!!! New policy. Are you kidding me?? Done with this BS. Plenty other Banks out there that actually care about their clients. Grr!

Manager of this location repeatedly refuses to assist SSI handicap client with payee B of A account with dignity and respect. Customer service is terrible, after waiting in long line, no drive up service available. Bank of America you can do better. Please reopen the Sandy branch. Received 100% better service.

The tellers are rude and unprofessional. I encounter some sort of problem every single time I come to this bank. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have pulled majority of my funds from this bank and have started banking elsewhere with other financial institutions and encourage you all to do the same if you want to be treated with respect. If I didn't have a credit card with this bank I would close all accounts and cut my ties with them. I regret doing business with this bank.

Overall tellers were nice when I finally got to window. Everytime I do come to this bank they seem to ALWAYS have a long line. And on top of that I don't know how many people like their privacy when you handling their banking business but I do. I REALLY do not like how they have a teller or customer service rep. come up to everyone in the line asking why you there, what you need, how much money you need to get, what's the check amount you trying to cash.... I mean literally all your personal business is put on display in line. I've watched customers be rude because they're irritated with this process. Who ever came up with this idea was not thinking about customers In line privacy. Just assign more tellers to windows and the line will move quicker.
