    Opened a business account because they had really low merchant rates. Little did I know there was hidden fees. Had I used them for a full month of business they would’ve have taken more money than my original merchant. They were prompt to reply and help me get set up but when I had mentioned the hidden fees they told me they would resolve it and never got back to me. After a week of no communication, I closed the account. They also tried too hard to get me to get credit cards. They suggested I open one for my wife(who isn’t involved in the business at all). Go watch the documentary on banks on Netflix they do this to meet quotas and appease upper management and shareholders. Stick with a local bank. I learned my lesson. *Please stay away from this bank. Updating my review 2 weeks later because after I closed my account they still charged me for merchant services and I haven’t processed a single payment. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    DO NOT try to deposit cash in the atm! I tried and it kept rejecting my Bill's. Finally I was able to grab some back but it kept some and nothing was deposited into my account. Just received an error receipt took it inside and nothing they can do about it. Now I'm stuck having to wait 10 business days or up to 45 to get my money back on a claim. Money I need and had minutes ago! Been nothing but problems with this bank. Regret switching banks! That credit should be honored at the time of. Not make the customer wait.

    Hello, Emigdio. I'm sorry our ATM malfunctioned on you. Electronic funds transfers are governed by Regulation E. As a financial institution, U.S. Bank is required to respond to Reg. E claims within 10 business days of receiving notification from the customer. Claim investigations may take up to 45 calendar days in some cases. When an investigation has not been closed within 10 business days, provisional credit of the disputed amount is applied on the 11th business day. I hope that helps explain our process.     Good customer service but EVERYTIME I USE THIS ATM IT NEVER WORKS!! Never takes my bills I have to do 5 bills at a time IF THAT EVEN WORKS it’s been like this for over a year and it’s super frustrating when you have a long day at work and you come to try and deposit your money and it doesn’t work!!! you guys can afford to fix this and there’s no way I’m the only one complaining about this!! Please do! I’ve been sitting here for over 30 minutes trying to deposit 20 bills! This is so insane

    I recently made an appointment to open a business checking account. Nadine was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out within 30 minutes and Nadine explained the accounts very thoroughly, helping me make the best decision for my business. US Bank also has the most reasonable business checking accounts of all the banks I researched. I am very pleased with this experience and my account!

    Given the couple of times people have taken the time to post negative experiences, I thought I'd take time today to post one that is positive. I'll start by saying I've been a USB customer for 44 years if I count the multiple acquisitions I've gone through. So my account number is almost 1. :) When I moved to Phoenix here, I chose this location as my primary since it has safe deposit boxes. In addition to these, I've had several discussions with different people here regarding various loans. On one occasion a rep educated me and told me there will be a much lower loan rate if the purchase was made through the dealership because the banks at that time could not compete with their deals. Net, USB had my best interests in mind. I also have a part time gig where I'm the CFO for a privately owned small business and have had occasion to discuss various topics at this location. ATM has never been down on my visits, safe deposit box has always been available on my visits and the staff here recognize my face now. I've found that it's helpful to try to develop some kind of personal relationship with bankers. On one occasion many years ago I needed a small bridge loan in between a transfer. I walked in and told my banker what I needed and he used his position to hand over to me the money I needed against a Visa account which I paid off and closed in less than 30 days as promised. Versus taking the time to post negative comments, I think it's worthwhile first to have a discussion. If after that I'm still unsatisfied, then I will make my negative comment.

    I am very unhappy with this branch and I am closing my account. I went through the drive in one time and the teller did not put my drivers license back in the envelope. I called the bank and asked if they could mail it to me (no for my protection). ADOT mails licenses - why can't they? I was told I would have to pick it up. They forgot to tell me that I only had 3 days to retrieve the license (for my protection) - I am seldom in the area between 9-5. So after a week - they shredded my license! I went to the bank on a Saturday and drove up at 1:59. They had already closed their drawers and were closed. I asked for my license back and was told it was shredded. Thank goodness I had an old drivers license to I could go to another branch to cash a check or I would have been up the river without a paddle. Several weeks later I needed a pay application notarized. The same lady at the bank that shredded my license refused to notarize my pay application because my drivers license was punched. I told her - I had a valid drivers license until you shredded it! That was the last straw - I can get bad customer service anywhere and keep my license!

    Here is a little truth bomb for you. Bankers (or anyone that works at a bank) are terrible with their money. They will push you to get a car loan when your paid off car is working fine, get a home loan if you are in an affordable rental, and take out credit cards if you dont spend money like a moron. This bank is no different. They tried to push loans I dont need, and services I dont want. They dont care about my financial security, they just want to make sales. F-

    Excellent branch. Great customer service, friendly employees. The drive-through can be a tad slow at times, but I have noticed that the employees do not try to rush banking patrons through their transactions.

    This is the worst us Bank branch... They apparently can't assist with anything. As an update, apparently their ATM doesn't work as well... I have never been treated so poorly by a company than by this one.
