Take the sign off that’s taped to your door that says you’re open til 4 when you’re clearly not smh

It’s truly horrible customer service. They request appointments for most services and the appointments are weeks out. Now they change the hours of 9-4pm. So it’s impossible to go in if one has a job that is 8-5. I work longer hours than this branch is open.

I went in on a Saturday mid-morning to make a few large transactions and Kaitlen Kinsey was very helpful and easy to work with. She made everything go smooth and painless. The process was so quick, I remember I even said "that's it? we're done?". She was proactive in helping me with my needs, too, and we were able to take care of a few more things while I was there, that I didn't even know we could do! She also had such a calm presence that put me at ease. Overall a great experience. I don't go into the bank often, like, ever, so thanks for making it a good one :)

Typical Bank of America experience. Needed to schedule an appointment to replace a defective card, which is crazy. While I was there, they actually turned a woman away for not having an appointment. I arrived early only to find out that the Relationship Specialist was out at lunch. She arrived shortly after our scheduled time carrying a drink from a fast food restaurant located about 3 minutes walking distance. I couldn't believe the lack of respect for their customer's time.

I come here every week to deposit checks, the tellers are always very friendly. When I needed to open a credit card line, bank employees were able to quickly help me open an account and get a new card. I avoid using the ATM just to get a chance to see the nice people here.

Very poorly run branch. There was a line of about 15 people while the manager sat in his office. Finally a teller asked for help and the manager came out and started helping people in the back of the line rather that the front who'd been waiting the longest. Need new management!

I was immediately greeted warmly by a gentleman behind the counter, and I was quickly assisted by Alisha who made the process of getting papers notarized super easy. She also answered all my questions about opening a new account. I appreciate her friendly and professional customer service!

Wow these reviewers need to relax a bit. Everyone was great here. Give them a chance. You can see their smiles through their masks. Great job!

Slow paced, 2 tellers with 7 people in line at 4pm on a Friday. Two " bankers" standing around chatting it up, asked "can we open another line" replied with we have two tellers on. Oh really...I can't see with my own eyes. After I asked if they could they both went back to their offices and disappeared. Great service

I go here every 2 weeks because it's the closest. Never fails that staff is always chatting it up when people need to be helped. Usually there's only one person helping and the rest are talking. Doesn't matter how busy it is. A couple of the staff members need to work on their attitude. There's a few that are really sweet.
