    I worked with Mary and she was awesome! She took care of me on my first visit but I had to come back the following day. Mary was ready for me and had exactly what I needed when I got there!! She was very professional, friendly, knowledgable and efficient! I may even consider banking there in the future!

    DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE! Branch manager is horrible! They held a paycheck for no reason, when I called up to the branch, the woman who answered the phone said they were too busy and someone would call me back. I let her know I'm on vacation and I need to know why my check was on hold. No one ever called me back, so I went over a week before I get back in town to physically go up to the branch which I was told now that the branch manager was on vacation. The only helpful person there was Alonzo. I wish I would've read the reviews about this branch before opening an account.

    Wow all the bad reviews, guess I'm lucky that I do 99% of my banking online and when I do have to deposit checks or withdraw I use atm. As far as fees go I have a Visa through them so I don't have these maintenance fees for checking, I'm able to pay all of my stuff really easy from their online site, I've never paid a cent in interest or fees in many many years because of the online banking. I have also never had a single issue with any direct deposits or the atm mysteriously eating a check, 5 stars from me.

    I have mixed reviews on this location. I have met several associates that have very helpful, especially the gentlemen behind the desk with short dark hair (wish I knew his name). You can tell he takes care of his customers and loves his job. I have met two others, one female teller and another man (possibly manager), that provided less than stellar service. They seemed to be bothered by my service and the possible manager wouldn't even speak a word to me. Overall, I prefer my Bank of America account, they have provided me better, more pleasant service.

    I came in and sat down the the lady at the table for a Pre-Paid Credit card. They asked for $300 up front , I paid cash . The card never came and they claim that I paid with a check and that they never cashed it . So I’m out $300. I stayed with them for some reason . Three weeks ago I came to get $1,450 cash out for a deposit on a rental . Three weeks later, they took $1,450 out of my account and claimed that they never took the money out the day I came in and got the cash out The lady on the phone just told me there is nothing I can do about it . I have spoken with a dozen people that work within this bank, from customer service to people that work inside the bank. No one has ever heard of a situation where a bank gives $1450 cash and doesn’t take it out of the account. Then three weeks later decides to take it out and overdraft and sink their customer . Unreal.

    I am required to make frequent business deposits to this branch, west clay, and am frustrated beyond belief. If a bank lobby is closed, there should be enough cashiers to service all lanes, and open 2 lanes for commercial customers. it is unacceptable to make a commercial customer wait over an hour, in order to make a deposit. Why is management so uncaring of the banks customers? If my company ran like that, it would be out of business.

    I never had a problem with this location until today. I cleaned out my car and found a check that I never deposited. It had no signature and wasn't torn off of the pay stub. So I went to deposit it into my account at this location and the woman I went to did not want to help me. First, she tried to tell me that it was passed the 180 days that the check is good for. The check was from August, it has only been about 130. Then when she put it in the computer, all she told me was that it looks as though it's already been deposited even though she couldn't find it on the list of transactions. So I took it to a different location and they had no issues depositing it. I also heard from them that this location has had quite a few issues with customer service.

    The wait time is HORRIBLE! This branch is extremely short staffed or they need to offer more than one drive up window for commercial banking. If you have to make a bank run expect to be in line for at least ONE HOUR- ridiculous!

    Can’t go inside. Can’t schedule an appointment to go inside. Check too large to do a mobile deposit. Forced to sit in their understaffed drive-through which has five lanes and each lane is roughly 6 to 7 cars deep. It’s almost as it taking my money is an annoyance to them. This is the second time I’ve had an account with this bank and it was horrible also. What is wrong with this institution?

    I've been going to the bank for several months now. Every single time I walk in, the branch manager is completely rude. Today I had my very first extended run in with him and to say he was less than pleasant is an understatement. He will be the reason I never use US Bank in the future.
