    I would not advise banking here. I have had nothing but issues with the atm and withdrawals. They accused me of fraud and closed my account. My direct deposit was going in. They wouldn't allow me to get my money. They took money from me. Said they would send me a check of remaining balance. Been over 2 weeks.

    This location is absolutely terrible. There is a younger brunette girl with shoulder length hair and glasses that has an attitude EVERY SINGLE time I come there and all I have ever done is drop off change orders for the business I work for. She makes a point to inconvenience me any and every time I come and has quite literally never given me a correct change order. Today after the THIRD time of her giving me zero one dollar bills when I asked for $100. Like come on we all hate our jobs but just do it right.

    I went in to get a money order and the teller gave me a hard time because of my ID. I have had account there for years and they know me by name. I didn't get my money order. I had to leave with a large amount of money to go somewhere else to get one putting me at risk to get robbed. Horrible customer service.

    So I just left this bank branch. This review is based off my experience with the teller today. I cannot give her name because she did not have a name tag or name plate. She is a heavyset blond woman, wearing glasses and a dark sweater. Probably about 5 foot six. This was on Tuesday, May 1st, 2018 at about 11 a.m. I was in the branch making a deposit for my roommate. She was very rude. And very slow. And even lied to my face. My roomie had spoken to me about opening a u.s. bank account because it would be convenient for us both to use the same financial institution. Not going to happen now. In fact I'm going to talk to him about moving over to my bank. I know we get good customer service there. With as big a company as US Bank is, I'm absolutely astonished they would put up with this level of unprofessional and rude behavior from their staff. This tell her is the reason I will never open a u.s. bank account.

    Everyone was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable of everything I was looking for. Opened 2 accounts and a credit card all while there. They even got me set up online and mobile banking. So glad I switched to US Bank.

    They're all very nice, smiles when you walk in the door. But if you're not walking up to the counter or directly dealing with them after that the tend to have sour faces. But generally sweet! ALWAYS willing to help!!!
