    Worst customer service ever here. They charge crazy fees for checking. Then when you try to close your account they give excuses to why you can’t close it so they can keep charging you. Checking out axos banking once I can leave this god awful bank.

    Had some great Service here today. We have been US Bank Customers for a very long time and needed to complete a wire transaction. I talked to Kayla yesterday who was a sweetheart and told me what to do to get the transaction started. We had appointment with Alex this morning to complete the wire transfer and it couldn’t have gone better! Excellent service! We are US Bank customers for life.

    I try to refinance a loan here once and it supposed to be straight forward transaction. yes or no kinda thing but the branch manager came up with all kinda bizarre excuses and wasted my time (almost about a month), every time I call, he keeps telling me that he will look into it and call me back tomorrow or I need this and that or ohh my computer is not working today or just really lame excuse. He eventually started to ignore my phone calls and started to have someone take a massage for him (which he never bothered to do anything about ). I really had hard time understanding what his problem was, it really bothered me why he was acting in such unprofessional manner. Good thing us bank is not the only bank around, I went to credit union and saved a lot of money but the way he acted bothers me still.

    Worse experience at any bank I have ever had. Bank manager, Alex was not helpful and when I left messages did not return calls. Would advise taking your money to a more reputable bank.

    Was told by a manager that on the two following days there would be somebody available to sign a medallion signature guarantee. On each of those days I called to confirm before I went in and I was told on each of those days that nobody would be available. I kind of got the feeling that they did not know what I was talking about and used the excuse that nobody would be available.

    Most unhelpful, rude bankers I have ever had the pleasure of engaging with. We will not use THIS branch again and would gladly drive somewhere else before coming here. Customer service is NOT their strong suit.

    Better off giving your money to a crack head on the corner. Who ever manges this locatin has no clue about its own policies. Twice i have gad to pull a book out and show him. I love useing MN company's. This one makes me embaressed there from here.
