    when I come for personal banking they do great! But I have literally been waiting for 30 minutes for them to process my work deposit. The lady came to the window and said we are facing bills. I’m here for work meaning I am at work and can’t wait 30+ min for them to face bills. I understand they have a job to do but I do as well. There are two lady’s that work there That I don’t know the names of but they are great all of the new faces I see awful. I’m here everyday and when anyone other the the two lady’s that do really well I’m waiting for 30+ minutes

    If you like banking in 1995 this is the bank for you. I called to get a new bank card and changed my address cause i recently moved. Everything went well so i though. My new bank card showed up dead on arrival. I called again and the nice lady tells me its cause i changed my address and that there's a new card on its way. So i wait a week, still no card. I called again. She tells me there is no card on the way(The last lady just lied to me) So now i try to request another one, she tells me i have no phone number on file now and that i will have to go into the bank to request a new card. I will going in today to close my account. Thank You.

    When opening my account here this bank seemed like it was top notch, but after banking with them for a few years I find that they are not top-notch. So if you want to keep track of your money the right way don’t use this bank.

    I had unfortunately went in here yesterday to deposit some coins. I had some rolled up and some loose change. The teller from the beginning was rude, so I’m like okay everyone has those days. So I’m like I’m here to deposit this and she was like what’s the total? So I’m like here’s the loose change for you to count and she tells me to do it she’s there to verify. So I’m thinking the person from the Belen bank told me that they would count it for me. So I’m like okay how about we just deposit the rolled coins, sorry to bother you. Totally bad experience, don’t go here to deposit coins. If you do, hopefully you have a better experience than I did. I’ll definitely be going to Belen from now on, they are more consumer friendly.

    I love the people but they are not open on Saturdays and M-F 9-5. I work a job 8-6 and it is 20-45 minutes from any branch. I'm only allowed $200 mobile deposit per day and $1500 per week. I am unable to do any banking unless I take off of work which is not an option.

    It never fails. Be prepared to spend 30 minutes inside or through the drive thru. We pulled up and the only car in the drive thru. Simple transaction. Deposit cash into my account and here I am still waiting 10 minutes and guess what??? Another customer pulls up and then they help him first! Ridiculous! Time to change banks.

    I wish it would let me give zero stars! Horrible customer service. I deposited money in the account and because it wasn't posted on the weekend it over drafted my account, which then took the remainder of the deposit so the other items I had over drafted leaving my account negative 175 negative but none for purchases.. just over draft fees on my overdraft fee! 4 kids in my house won t be eating this week thanks to your horrible system and lies!
