If you’re looking to finance a car, choose carefully! Last year, August 2020, I switched my car from a lease to a buy and decided to go through US Bank and went through this branch. I was told they would do the paperwork for the DMV as well which I thought was great. Fast forward 1 year, it’s now August 2021 and I recently found out the title transfer has still not been completed. US Bank stopped the process on their end months ago….EXCEPT they never told me they stopped on their end nor did I know there were any issues (DMV had rejected more than once). When I finally found out there was an issue and followed up with the bank to ask about it I was told they stopped the process on their end because they (at some point) figured that it would be faster if I did it myself due to the DMV’s backlog - I understand if the DMV has a backlog but not US Bank’s failure to communicate. I would have been fine doing it myself early on but they failed to inform me and I only found out because the DMV sent me something directly. I never received anything from US Bank about this by neither email, phone/voicemail or postal mail. I am just now trying to complete it with the DMV and I’m facing possible penalty fees. Will never use them again!

2 stars because I open an account & they forgot to push submit button on the screen to order my card & check to be sent to me! That can be done in less than a second!! If I didn't call them back after waiting so long, I'd probably just close my account. Poor service overall.

Vicki Gomez is really slow and inefficient. I don’t understand why she works in customer service when she has such a disdain for people. She was miserable to work with and I wish I never had to experience her existence.

Wish I could give a zero cause I would give a big fat 0..... Terrible, its bad enough to not have many branches accessible but to have a branch that You can access and they have terrible Customer Service is a whole other beast. Went to change my last name on my account, they stopped my current card without letting me know thus leaving me to be declined when I tried to use it at establishments. To add insult to injury I called two weeks later to find out they never sent for my replacement card. Seriously Im done. going to close them out I dont need this from a bank

I have had no issues at all for 14 years till I visited this branch, there is a teller that he thinks he is a federal employee and wanted to change my name on the system and I refused but he put on hold my account so I can not use it online. and I founded out 3 weeks later when I was doing online transactions.

No stars it seem like the procedure to be a bank manager in the fontana ca branch is you have to be a white Caucasian that typically hates Mexicans. This is from my personal experience with a branch manager by the name of FRANK in this fontana ca branch I was racially profiled as soon as I walked into the bank. I fill out a withdrawal slip stand in line. And he calls me up keep in mind I didn't know manager are tellers also or maybe he was just board had nothing better to do but ruin a Mexicans day sounds like fun huh FRANK? All of the sudden I'm being asked where I work wow really? keep in mind this is money showing available in my account . I have never made a withdrawal and been questions about where I work anyone else? Probably because I'm Mexican trying to withdraw 2,000 dollars Mr.white Caucasian bank manager first name Frank feels I don't need to have that much money on me. So I leave fine I'll go somewhere else. Then he has the nerve to close my account without my knowledge after I call and complain on him wow. Beware my fellow Mexicans in the fontana ca branch. The racism is real!!!

I went there to cash a check after showing my IDs the person in charge that morning (dec/31/20) asked me for ssn, which not bank would supose to ask for it ...for cashing a check... 👎🏽Rude

Never ever go to this Bank the racism that goes on here is unheard of never have I been treated this bad in a US bank If you are in this area use The in-store US BANK they’re very friendly and don’t judge you by your physical appearance
