The Friday evening staff was super helpful and friendly today! They were able to accommodate us without an appointment. While we were being helped we witnessed them handle a rude customer in a professional manner as well.

The managers, Eric and Enza and the employees Monica and Jenny are extremely unprofessional and rude. I had asked multiple time if it’s possible for me to bring in less than half a bucket of coins to convert to cash and they all told me I could walk in without an appointment. I got there and the manager Eric insisted that I have to get an appointment and kicked the bucket of coins I had with me. Worst customer service I’ve had to deal with.

I will never recommend this location to anyone! I have a credit card with this bank and went to change under $100 of coins just like I have done it in the past. I was told that they can’t help me because I am not a costumer and having a credit card with their bank doesn’t make me a costumer but having a balance on the credit card does or having a checking account. The most bizarre thing I have ever heard in my life. When I asked where is this information written I was OBVIOUSLY not given an answer. The manager and or supervisor on duty that helped handle this situation should be fired for this type of customer service. She never apologized, never offered for me to open a checking account and never solved the “issue that they created themselves”. Never coming to this branch again!

I make deposits at this bank all the time on behalf of a business in the immediate area. Most of the time, the staff is nice. There is an older short lady, however, that is just the worst. Rude and inconsiderate. Apart from this, this branch REALLY needs a new receipt printer. Until they get one, expect your deposits to take over 15 minutes, even when making very small ones. So much for quick service.

This place used to be great. Now every time I go through drive thru there is at least a 5-10 min wait. I was there today and was stuck behind someone for 15 min. It seems like they never have enough people working there.

The women are rude and they have absolutely no interest in helping or caring. They just sit around gossiping. I don't bank here just use their ATM because of convenience. Three time's I've had problems. This time I received half of a $20 bill, they have cameras all over the place! But they don't want to replace it!!!! Really? My bank or Credit Union would never treat people this way. No more for me and I will make sure people are aware of my awful experience!

This bank is ridiculous. The people are rude and waited for 25 min to pull $3k from my debit card. The teller, Paula, would not tell me what the problem was. She didn’t know what was going on and wanted me to go to a different branch. After answering all the questions, she asked me why my ID was expiring in 2 years. Seriously, the worst bank experience ever.

I've been banking here fo 21 years I never had a bad experience with the staff . That person talking about people being rude is totally false the experience I had about rude people are the costemors I witnessed first hand myself I've noticed people bring their fusstration with them to the bank and that's self inflicted. the people that have a problem with the staff Don't forget one thing the people that work there are people Too.!
