    They don't deserve any stars after what I endured yesterday at the Des Plaines branch. When I walked in, there weren't any customers inside. I approached the teller Joyce Shaoul and she immediately acted like she didn't want to help me. I just had two simple things that I wanted to take care of. She made me feel like I was asking for the world. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I asked her a question, she was VERY condescending and unprofessional. She barely answered my question before forcefully telling me to go see a banker and they can show me. She could've shown me herself. She made me feel like she didn't want to have anything to do with me at all. She walked away before I even left the counter. I was in utter shock at the horrible customer service that I received. I hadn't had an experience like this at this location before. After this incident, I will NEVER step foot in this branch again!! Joyce Shaoul could definitely benefit from on going customer service training or find a different job. One where she isn't interacting with the public.

    I go this bank location quite a lot being close to my home and I agree with other customers on their service. Their customer service is so poor and slow. Many of the assistants are not friendly and you don't feel welcome there. Even you go inside the bank, you have to wait long to get to the banker that is the reason I only have one bank account there. May close that out too. In addition Harris bank hours are so short, they used to be up until 6 PM but now its only until 5 PM. You get off from work at 5 PM and by the time bank is closed, pathetic, not happy with their service and hours.

    I’ve written a review before in regards to their customer service at the drive through. They called and begged for me to take it down and that they will be more responsive at the window. However that didn’t change and you literally have to wait 20 mins before someone greets you. So this review is going back up. And I definitely won’t be a customer for much longer.

    Customer service is poor, I would not recommend anyone to go there. I was offered bonus at opening account if i keep money for 90 days, I have had one transaction after 101 day's, they told me I don't qualify because of that transaction.
