    I would give this branch a 100/5 stars!!! Kellie & Pete are EXTEMELY sweet, genuine and amazing people. When I lost the key to my safe box, they both handled my emotions and the situation so smoothly. They helped me more than they even understand! Everyone at this bank is always so welcoming, and the staff is super friendly! I'm so happy I will be a apart of this bank and that my work is apart of them. AMAZING!!!!

    I have been a loyal and longstanding member of US Bank's for 20+ years. While they do well with personal accounts, my business banking relationship has suffered and plummeted recently. If you are a small business, I would recommend going elsewhere as I will be. It is a shame as they have a few great managers, however US Bank does not appreciate its small business owners.

    This is my home branch and everyone is always so friendly and helpful when I stop in. Arancely deserves the biggest shout out, as she talks to you like a friend rather than a stereotypical old -school "banker" - thanks for making my visits so enjoyable!

    Update: Things have gotten much quicker since my last post. Wait time in the drive in line is reasonable, usually only one car in front of me. Going inside the bank is great experience as well. Everyone inside is super friendly. Previous review March 2021Plan on 30 minutes or more of waiting in the drive in line. Have to spend an hour out of my work day to drive to and from the bank and wait in line. I hope they open the lobby soon, or expand their hours again. Tellers are friendly and helpful. 3/16/2021 UPDATE. Things have been much better the past few months. I'm glad US Bank figured this out.

    Worst customer service. Change policy all the times even if you had been going there for years. I hope the owners cancel this account with this bank. I'm sick and tired of the tellers. I hope I don't have to see their faces no more. Keybank is the best!!

    I’ve been a US Bank customer for over 30 years, and the customer service at this branch is so bad it’s making me reconsider where I’m going to bank. The people here are rude, bitter angry people.

    Had an excellent experience today with Tory setting up our US Bank accounts. He was extremely professional and ethical. He never once tried to sell us a product we did not need, unlike one of their unethical competitors. Several customers recognized him when they walked in and he knew them by name. Awesome customer service. US Bank is one of the most ethical companies according to Forbes and after working with Tory today, that was evident. Very refreshing after banking at one of their competitors. Can't wait to bank at this branch for years to come.

    The day I opened my account a saw employees sitting quite close to me not wearing masks. The drive thru ATM is always grimy and obviously unsanitized ATM terminals, terrible customer service from ban that seems to be going bankrupt. hence closing so many branches. In one occasion i needed to reset ATM while sick with Covid they requested me to complete transaction in the branch.

    Not impressed by the branch manager who was okay with me waiting for 40 minutes to get Visa gift cards since he is the only one that can get them from the back room. Only a lady by the name of Destiny at the bank cared that I had been waiting. I truly appreciated her diligence. Just wished the branch manager had the same radar as to customer service.
