He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me during what was a crazy market and what turned out to be a lengthy home buying process (due to selling my previous home). He was always willing to walk me through different scenarios to help me find the best possible loan situation. His model is to give the best possible customer care to his clients and I can't think of a day or time where he wouldn't take a call or at most return a call within a half-hour.
