    Michelle is very rude abrupt and not a good customer service person in any way. Spoke to her on the phone and she was so quick to get our business done she hung up on me while I was to ask another question. I've used is bank since 1997 and am now going to be closing acct and elsewhere. I've never been treated so horribly by company before. Us bank has always been kind and helpful but this woman acted like I was bothering her by asking her to do her job. If she doesnt want to be "bothered" by people then she shouldn't be in a people serving place of business. Customers call because they need help with a banking matter and they should be able to expect a respectful individual to help them thru the process. I wont be going back to this branch ever again. Thank you US Bank for finally pushing me to switch banks. I've defended you for years but now I have no reason to defend you any longer. Good luck keeping customers with employees like Michelle "helping" them.

    The manager “Michelle” and employee “Laura” are very rude every-time I visit this branch I have had a bad experience. I have been a customer with US Bank for a long time and have never had this experience in other branches. The manager seems to not care about customer service at all. Do not waste your time visiting this branch.

    Drive thru teller is so rude. Every time. She has worked at this branch for a long time, so clearly this is their acceptable standard. I try to avoid using this branch as much as possible.

    UPDATE: Oh, it gets better. They made it so my husband couldn’t close down the account unless he paid the fees. So they were going to keep feeing him till he paid it. But he wouldn’t have any money till almost a week later! Told them screw you and left. Then they made it so he couldn’t open a bank account anywhere else. THIEVES! Almost $400 dollars they’re demanding! We’re not rich. This is straight up theft. I am so disgusted with this bank. -OH! Forgot to say. Just before all this nonsense went down, $50 was pulled out of the account. Bank couldn’t say where it went or why. It was SUPER suspicious. Most unethical bank EVER. Started charging outrageous overdrawn fees. Over $200 EACH DAY. Suddenly this is a new rule they have and didn’t inform us until a couple days later. How convenient for them. Closing the account down now.

    If you need anything other than a simple deposit, this is NOT the bank for you. The service I received to simply cash a business check was a major hassle. The bank at St. Helens would not help me at all. I drove to St. Johns; they deposited the check without issue. Unfortunately, I live in St. Helens, so I was forced to close all my US Bank accounts. I now bank with Charles Schwab and couldn't be happier.
