Worst experience ever! I should preface by saying that I have been a US Bank customer for more than 20 years and all of my personal and business accounts are with US Bank and I have never been treated so poorly. I usually bank at the Holladay location, but this location had an earlier appointment available so we decided to go there instead assuming we would receive similar service. After making us wait for 15 minutes past our appointment time the representative told us they could not attend us today because 4 people didn't show up to work. I told her they should have at least called to let us know so we wouldn't be wasting our time. To which she answered they tried to call but they had the wrong phone number. I asked which number they tried to call and after attempting to figure it out she just said they had two different phone numbers (mine and my husband) so they didn't know which to call and therefore didn't call! If I ran my business with this level of incompetence I am pretty sure I wouldn't have any money to put in the bank! Go to the Holladay location if you want good service, it will be worth the extra mile.

Honestly this bank has the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Yvonne is so kind and always greets I you with a smile on her face. Always puts a sucker through the drive thru for my daughter. You employ some great, kind hearted people.

Nothing against US bank but his location is not it. Always a wait and no sense of urgency. They could care less about customer service.

I’ve been to this location many times. Unfortunately the customer service is significantly worse than the other local locations. I tried to open a child checking account here - they simply stated they didn’t have the time and acted extremely annoyed - I went to a local credit union for this service instead and had a fantastic experience. Today, tried to initiate a wire transfer for a title company, again was met with the appearance of extreme annoyance and poor customer service. I’ll definitely chose other locations in the future.

There was a branch across the street in Smith’s, it was determined that this branch was losing business due to the Smith’s branch. This is where I got my Condo funding from, although they are not available when needed; all future transactions, after the sale closed, were facilitated by phone calls. They close earlier than the Smith’s branch did and I have had them close their window as I pulled up to pay my mortgage. Fortunately, the Smith’s branch was open, then... no more. I personally believe the company would have been better off keeping the branch open at Smith’s. Never had to wait for help for lobby service, they’re not very busy; usually no cars at the drive thru either... but get there before 5:00 PM!

Worst bank ever close your accounts or dont open one here!!! You wont after reading this. Decided to clear up account Paid over $400 in fees to reopen my account. Deposit decent amount of CASH in savings and checking. 4 days later card declines at store haf to be embarrsed putting things back cause i didnt have enough cash on me. I call they say go to branch. Branch tells me account closed they mail you a check. Go to branch where i opened it. The branch manger cant even come out of office or apologize that i have no money now. The other manager who opened my account basically says new policy she didny know bit then lets me sit there calling customer serivce then the district manager she actully goes to bramch manager office and they chat about some personal things. Left without any money for 5-7 days while wait for a check. No warning nothing. Awful employees and policy. The assitant to the district manger just says thats policy. First of all paying over $400 in fees and not getting them lowered is ridiculous but to then leave me without access to my monwy when i gave you cash. F#!$ You US Bank

They closed the US Bank that was in Smith's and now I can never get to this US Bank before 5 pm. They are not even open on Saturday...Really?!

Worst ATM , the ATM didnt give me my money but it did marked as a withdrawal ... the bank teller spend my time saying that I needed to make a dispute..
