My clients had chosen to work with Shiloh's team while I was working with them to put a home under contract. I worked with his assistant Stacy throughout the process. A few days before our scheduled closing, she told me that we would not be able to close on time. When I asked what she would do to get the file back on track (because she said she had NO IDEA when the file would be ready to close) she told me to stop bullying her. So I called Shiloh directly and he said "well if it isn't the absentee realtor...". Later in the conversation he asked when was the closing deadline, which was the next day. And I am the party who is absent? Unbelievable. I asked when he could have the file closed and he said maybe in 2 weeks. How did this file get so far behind? How did he not know it was so far behind? His team didn't even order the appraisal until the appraisal deadline. And he had the arrogance to say it was my fault. When is the agent responsible to order the appraisal? When the seller's agent called to confirm that they would be able to get the deal back on track before recommending her client sign an extension, she was told by Stacy that she wasn't sure and the client had been denied by 4 lenders, which is confidential client information. Thank goodness I was able to get the file over to Jordan, at Citywide and he was able to get it closed in 2 weeks. Thanks Jordan! The only thing Shiloh did right on this file was release it so someone else could come through where he had failed.
Justin, A bold statement coming from a Real Estate agent whom was missing up into the week of settlement, then following the request to move your clients file to another lender. However, after looking into your profile (following the other negative comment on my fb biz page) it all makes sense now.....you were in the process of moving yourself 4 hours away to Cedar City! What I find interesting is that you also mention "I'm still doing real estate in the Salt Lake and Utah counties and working on some exciting projects in Cedar City." My question, "How exactly could that be of well presentation to others, 4 hours away?" I suppose your clients will get to experience the same treatment as you've shown here, "missing." btw - where is your business page? ....so that I can lay down some FACTS about you & our mutual clients transaction. I also don't believe that we've done business directly w you, so this 2nd comment of yours to us, would be again, inappropriate. Where are we trolling next Justin?

Working with Shilo Zitting was an extremely negative experience. First of all, we did get in our home so at least he has that going for him but the entire process was horrible. Any time I had a question (after we already started working with him), it was met with an annoyed and condescending tone. He actually wouldn't answer my calls but if I used a friend's phone (right after I tried calling), he would immediately pick up. He caused us so much headache. He scheduled the appraisal way too late and we ended up paying $200/day for over a week bc of this mistake. We chose the loan on August 10th and the appraisal wasn't ordered until September 6th. He offered to refund us the cost of the appraisal but then a couple weeks later when I asked him he acted like he had no recollection of such an offer. He said it would be against the law and he couldn't do it. Not sure why he would have offered it in the first place. The home-builders as well as the escrow company were appalled at his behavior and told us they would never recommend him to anyone. He was completely rude to them and Im pretty sure he accidentally cc'd me in an e-mail to the home-builder where he called her names and was completely unprofessional. I was honestly embarrassed to work with him. If I could do it all over again, I would have continued to shop for another loan officer who would have treated me with kindness and respect, who would have been on the ball with the things he needed to do to get us in our home, on time, without additional fees, and someone who, you know, would actually answer his phone and his e-mails from me. Crazy that this guy is still in business. I highly do NOT recommend working with him.

I happened to be working on closing on my first home during summer 2016 with Z Mortgage Group when they were stacked with a million mortgages to do. So there were some delays on the part of the underwriter. That being said, Shilo at Z Mortgage was as kind and patient as you can be with a client as upset as I was. Now we're happily in our dream home.

The offers were not clear, the process was very difficult. I did not think they were looking out for my best interest, so after I paid for my appraisal I started looking around a different places. Shilo was offering a refi fee of 7000.00 for an interest rate of 3.87. I found another company that would do a 3.67 for 1600.00. When I asked shilo,stacy,and David for my appraisal be transfered to my new lender they would not respond to me. An appraisal that I paid for and they would not give me.
