Why is it that the line in the drive through is always 20+ minutes? There was one car in front of us. We waited 15 minutes and it took the teller 10 minutes to get us out of there. It's a deposit. It really shouldn't take that long. It's a shame because this used to be such a great location. Staff were really efficient, very personable and friendly, and were able to direct you very well. What changed? Other locations don't have this lag, even with Covid19.

I have to strongly disagree with the negative reviews I see on here. I personally won't judge a place based upon one single experience (like someone who complained he didn't get acknowledged right away so left and gave one star... or another who didn't get an answer on his/her auto loan fast enough.) I have been banking here for almost 10 years and have always been treated fairly, promptly, and have always received a friendly smile and greeting. I've dealt with numerous tellers, bankers, and even been through several managers, and I can't recall a negative experience at this branch.

If I could put a zero or a negative star, I would. This particular branch is absolute trash. I have dealt with US Bank before in a different location and loved their service. That's why I decided to do business with them again by applying for an auto loan. It's been a week and auto loan hasn't been approved yet. When I asked for updates, they tell me they will call me the next day with answers. I wait for the next day and no calls until I call them after noon. Then they proceed to tell me that they need 1 more paper for documentation purposes. I provide to them right away. Then ask for updates. And they tell me that underwriters are gone for the day and won't have an answer until the next day. Aaand... it is a repeat of the same thing the next day. None of the people working there have any idea what's going on with the auto loan. A lady called me from the branch talking rudely; I asked her about the next steps and she told me that she doesn't know what the next steps are. So, who knows then? Another bank? My mom? Still waiting on my Auto Loan status.

Consistency is important, although being Consistently awful is never a good thing. Next time it takes less than 20 minutes for three cars to get through the drivethru ill go ahead and pay out of pocket for a parade.

I absolutely cannot stand this US bank location. I try to avoid coming here at all cost but unfortunately, this is the closest US bank to my house. Every time I come here there is some kind of issue. The first time, I was depositing a loan check from another bank and there was some issue with the check. The banker at US bank made me feel like an idiot that I didn’t realize something was incorrect with the documentation on the check that another banker had filled out. Next time, there was a snowstorm and the bank was closed because of a power outage and they had some dinky handwritten note on the inside door saying it was closed - no online update or anything. The guy shoveling snow had notified me the bank was closed, it was that unclear that it was not open. The final time, which after this, I’ll never visit this location again, I needed to get a cashier’s check and it took over 30 minutes for the one person in the bank that could authorize the amount to help me. The only positive thing I have to say is that the tellers are nice but if you need a banker, I would not recommend going here.

Horrible service. They saw me walking in the branch and I stood in front of a bankers desks for literally 3-5 min before someone asked me if they can help. There was only one customer in the branch at the teller line. There was a Skinny lady and Guy without a tie and open shirt displaying his yellowish white undershirt, they were talking, They did not acknowledge me until they were done with there conversation. I was planning to open an account, not any more!!!!!

Worst U.S.bank branch ever, actually the worst bank experience ever. Personal banker, Tina, she is so rude, raised her voice, do not want to support customer unless she can have any type of benefit such as commition(? Or something). She try to lecture the customers, and even points her fingers at customers. She is a scary woman. It is painful to look at how she dealing with other customers and horrifying to deal with. I never ever want to go back to the branch, and don't even want to deal with U.S. bank any more. I close all US accounts including a checking, saving, and creditcards. Go to other bank, other branch, at least other banker !! Not, her, TINA. I have funny feeling we are all talking about a same rude lady. People all said same thing there are probably reasons.

today is 10/27. The drive thru is. horrible! I’ve been waiting for almost 29 minutes! They need to Find NEW TELLER/BANKER!!!!!!!!!! This Lincolnwood branch is dissaster!

When i joined several years ago it was great since then the staff changes every other day including the mgr. Awhile ago i made a deposit and the guy who was new made a mistake of 130 dollars which i personaly never got back I still go there and im tripple careful the experience is a little better but there more banks across the street which i might try
