Great Rate Mortgage is an amazing mortgage a brokerage. Not only did I get my mortgage through him, my law firm refers all our real estate clients to them because we know the job will get done in a timely and efficient manner.

Nik was great! He walked me through every step of my loan process and made sure I was aware at every step. He was also the cheapest amongst 4 different lenders I spoke to.

Very poor communication. Not aggressive and staff don't have enough knowledge and skill. No follow up calls from associates about status of the loan. Not recommended agent to do fincance. Not enough knowledge to work with banks to get approval.
