I agree with a lot of these reviews, I wish I could give a zero star rating. This location is the absolute worse. Terrible experiences every time. Lobby is always locked. Weird “security” guard. Staff is unpleasant and laughs when you need something explained. This location is 5 minutes from my house and I rather drive 40 minutes away than deal with this branch.

I would love to give O stars! This branch is so unprofessional! I waited an hour for a banker to be told to come back since they were understaffed. Made an appointment for a couple of days later. Arrived on time and Barb the banker says to reschedule because they were understaffed. What was the point of making an appointment if you do not honor it? Barb stated her branch manager Jennifer instructed her to reschedule since they had long lines. Seriously, just close this branch already!!

Stood in line for 30 minutes just to make a bank deposit only person no other people, seems they are understaffed and the drive through closed.

This is the worst branch ever. Waited 15 minutes for somebody to assist me in the drive through. I mean just walked away from the window. This is a pandemic not every one goes into the bank.

I rated low because I sat over 25 minutes waiting for a banker when there were 2. I listen to the 2 bankers speak with the customer about her personal life. Also, because both bankers saw me waiting 1 walked back and forth pass me w/o any acknowledgement I was even sitting there. I had to wait that long for a a banker to simply say, “thank you for stopping in today, I’m working with the other banker as soon as I am done there I will be with you.” Customer service was terrible.

The people that work here are very rude and nasty. If you decide to bank with them, I wouldn’t utilize their branch.
