DO NOT go to this branch. Had 3 auto loans with USBank in the past 4 years. All paid off within a year. Going for 4th. Rep didn't follow back up. Then they said they entered the wrong info for the loan and would need to do another hard inquiry. I refused. They still ran it anyways. Then again, when I went back to them, they kept delaying everything and wouldn't have the decency to call me back even though everything was approved. They literally missed out on a loan opportunity due to laziness and negligence. I eventually ended up going with Golden One and paying cash. Horrible service. Worst branch ever.

You guys need to promote Ebony to manager! She's the main reason I come to this location, always so helpful with a great attitude, even when it's busy or the end of the day, she always has time for her customer.

There was a young African American female teller there asking way more information than required to open an account. I'm not sure what her intentions were but they were suspicious none the less. NEVER go to this branch. Stay away from here. Good bank, bad branch.

i go here every day and everyone is so professional, i feel bad when they are following rules and someone ahead of me is in line giving them a hard time. The maturity of some folks is so lame, perhaps that's why they are trying to do something wrong. Any way all you employees keep smilling your great Golden Meek

I like this branch...sometimes it’s busy and a bit small, but they assist when needed. The ATM works and I like the tellers. I have two accounts here..convenient to do business bank for me.

Very bad experience. Very poor customer service. I went in the branch located in Davis for a deposit. The teller was very rude and impatient. She interrupted me with a very bad tone""" let me finish what I am saying!!!!!" I don't plan to do anything with that bank.

The most ridiculous place to get a refinance such slow customer service if someone needs a refinance dont go thru us bank incompetence and excuses is all they got
