    My husband went to get a new truck loan at Lakeville location. Preya Ramnarine was the loan officer helping him. He brought in all the paper work including our income and our income taxes for verification. She said he needed more information plus she wanted my income as well. He had all of that with him, but must not of been good enough. She had him come back 6 times and still he couldn’t get the loan. She called us yesterday snd talked to me and wanted 2 months of my social security deposit from PNC. That is our mortgage co. It’s pretty obvious she doesn’t know what she is doing. We went to my credit union yesterday and my husband got his loan right away. My husband is now considering leaving Trustone. He’s been with this credit union when it was the Federal credit union for 50 years.

    We started our accounts back when it was US federal, years ago. Then that change names to Fire Fly then to change the name to TruStone. This is when the service went down the tubes.Literally Last month we went in to put a significant amount of money into our accounts. Took the check in and upon further review when I looked at it they had put 10% of what the check was written out for into our accounts! After seeing the mistake, I went into see the manager who absolutely did not solve the problem. She did tell me there were three mistakes made by her people and one of them was no longer working there and she would have to look into it.I’ve never heard back from anybody I’m going to switch and go somewhere else be careful if you bank with these people in the Burnsville location.

    I’ve been to the drive thru ATM twice and both times cash withdrawal was temporarily unavailable. How do you have an atm attached to a bank that never has cash?!

    I am so disappointed! I have returned items to Amazon and have refunded back to the original payment which used to be the Firefly Debit Card. I called the bank and I was told that the refund will automatically transfer to my new debit card which is theTrustone debit card. Amazon funded on April 11, 2021 but no refund have been posted till to date. I called customer service not once but multiple times. They keep saying still in the processed. You can call back if not posted in your acct. The amount is not that big but $1 is $1. I do not know if I will send a follow call as the customer service waiting time takes forever. :-( Disappointed!

    I took a disabled client that’s in a wheelchair through the drive thru there today to cash in his piggy bank. And the rude cashier told me that she was working in the front and that he would have to get out of the van to cash in his change. It would have taken all of 5 minutes to complete the transaction. The disabled are definitely not welcome at Trustone Financial.

    Unfortunately I have to say that this bank always going backwards. I have been with this bank for few years which is a big mistake to build your credit on this untestable bank. Recently during the process of merging with true stone , they reported some credit accounts as closed , every time I have to call I get different answer: 1st, they said your account is open and you have to fille a dispute with equifax and transunion. 2nd, they said this happened by mistake for some customers and they are working to solve it . 3rd, they said that they already fixed the issue and everything should be fixed from their side. 4th. They said it’s already fixed and we will let the one who was in charged to deal with this issue call me . 5th. They said this issue needs few months to be solved. Poor service and not accurate. A day I went to the location in south minneapolis, I asked for $200 from my account, the employee gave me $200 and processed the transaction as deposit not withdraw, so I got $400 for free. So I had to call and let them fix it

    Held my money for a month with no line of communication and only after I called several times day after day was I finally informed they could not open an account for my business! Unbelievably poor customer service

    I love this bank. I have had a few bad experiences with some of the bank tellers but I held on anyway knowing that they would eventually leave and they did...for the most part, the company as a whole are just wonderful. you get to know them quite well and vice versa. what they offer is better than a regular bank. You don't feel like a number and that is important to me!
