Trustco Bank Wolf Rd, Albany

Janelle, Mei, Courtney, Julia, and Kevin all make my experience perfect everytime I visit. This location is extremely convenient for me and they're always super fast im in and out with my change and deposits twice a week. Couldn't ask for better customer service they know you by name and always have a good conversation for you. Love coming to this bank and would recommend it to anyone looking to join.

terrible mortgage lending experience. wasn’t until i was sitting at the closing table i learned the agent had made an error that cost me thousands and also had given me advice the lawyer and realtor were shocked to hear in the moment because it was illegal. agent refused to take accountability, just sat there staring and not saying anything. when i called after closing to review the error, alert management, and ask for redress i was told there was no way to even register a specific complaint because the error that was made (a concession on the sale) was something Trustco had a policy to never do (yet they did). years later and i still haven’t been offered as little as an apology.

I like Trustco Bank as my home town bank. Most often you will bond a relationship with most employees. I feel so welcome always especially when we get Free coffee at my Wolf Road branch..! - Russ Cichon

This bank doesn't deserve a star the manager is so unprofessional he asked me to close my account out and for him to be in competition with other banks why would you tell the customer to close their account out .The bank manager so unprofessional he should not even be a manager.I think it is because I'm a African-American where he gave me a hard time and told me I should just close my Account. I would never recommend this Bank To anyone do your self a favor don't bother going there go to to different locations. This bank is Racist and I will go to the attorney general to file a complaint against that's manager. To top it all off the Taylor actually tried to cheat me out of $10 and I had to tell her how much I've given her. I been at this bank for years and for this to be like this at this location unacceptable. I will never return to this location if you are in the Area go to another bank for less stress. I HOPE THIS WILL BE resolved within management.

My mother now in her 80s uses Trusco for many many years. Although they dont pay anything on savings account like most banks. I find they make up for it with the managers knowledge fixing mistakes made. So Thank you for you patience keep up the good work.

I've been banking at Tructco for about 6 months now and always had a pleasant experience. Very nice people eager to help. Usually bank at exit 8 and rate that branch excellent. But also never had a bad experience at Wolf road.

Teller name Janelle... Go learn customer service. Worst experience I've ever had. Go work at Walmart. That's your place not a bank if you don't know how to provide customer service.

I almost wanted to change my bank because of Stuyvesant plaza location. But once I went to wolf road location they change my opinion about banking and service that we should get! Excellent job!

This bank is excellent! I get excellent service every time I go. The manager goes out of his way to help control my money. I thank Jesus every day of the baby that this bank is here to help me with my finances !!!!!!!!!!!!
