Trustco Bank Tuskawilla Rd, Winter Springs

Transferred my account to TRUSTCO many in 2013 and have not regrets. I love this Branch. I feel welcomed warmly by Presca and Carmen, as well as the tellers, feel a sense of family. Always received very friendly and professional services. I've seen the same service given to other customers in the bank as well as those entering the bank too. I also experienced the same courtesy in the Poughkeepsie, NY Branch. I've had Bank Accounts in other Commercial Banks and believe me, I've never had a personalized experience such as this. I've personally recommended this bank to family & friends. And I never done that before.

I've been with Trustco for years and this is the rudest bank I've ever been to. I just moved and I needed to put money into my father's account. I did not have my bank account number on me at the time but this is something I do every month. The person working the windows name was Trisha and she was so unbelievably rude as far as me not having my account present and almost refused to put the money in. I don't live near my father so I needed to make sure the money was in his account by the weekend. I will be driving to Aloma from now on where they at least treat their customers better because I'm just amazed Trisha is okay with being so rude to her customers.

Worst banking experience of my life. They will charge overdraft fee's unjustly and will not reimburse you. Small bank that only cares its bottom line. Very disappointed! they have a system that generates overdraft fee's even when funds are available then they don't correct it. Better off with a bigger bank that will always help you when your in a jam.

The tellers are friendly and very helpful. I do most of my banking at this facility. I am always greeted with a friendly face and a hello!

I love this bank, its a smaller bank with a personal touch. I dont miss anything from the bigger banks around the corner. Carmen and Presca are very helpful and treat you like family.
