This Chase branch DOES NOT have a nightime ATM for private Chase customers. Seems someone drove over or pulled both atm lanes. It's now extremely inconvenient to make nightime deposits that process immediately with a receipt, because you must "chase' around to whichever branch has outdoor atm's available. Furthermore, when finally make it to another branch to deposit at atm, the machine is not accepting deposits, now my business is overdrawn every day because I do not have the capabilities of chasing around atm's that are available at night, since we do not all have 9am to 4pm hours. Happy 4th of July, Chase...you really know how to "chase" natives to financial ruin. Chase WAS the best bank, now only the best if you can stand in line at drive through or go inside during "banker's hours". Not so much the preferred bank for women owned businesses anymore.

Their outdoor ATM had been broken forever! They got rid of the other one that they had, so there's only one now, which is broken. I can't go inside to use the indoor ATM because of the layout for this location. It's a holiday, so I'm gonna have to go to a different location. Ridiculous.

Today my fiancé and I had to come in for some paperwork we needed, Melissa was the one who helped us out and this woman was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel like we were in good hands. She did everything in her power to help us and we really appreciated it. Excellent customer service.

Really poor customer service. True reflection of management. I will write a formal complaint. Waited over twenty minutes for a banker and was never greeted. There was no other customers waiting and what looked like three available customer service reps. I literally was steps away from the teller-line and no one acknowledged my presence. I am use to a different level of customer service at the home branch of companies accounts.

Called ahead to make an appointment with banker. Told me wait was 15-20 min. Told them no problem to put my name on the list. Showed up 18 min later and still had to wait inside for just under an hour. By the time I got seen I checked the list and they had seen 4 customers whose names were under mine on the list (not sure how that happens) Customer service was great once I got seen but the wait and how they handled being busy was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. They care more about opening new accounts than helping existing customers with simple issues like them sending me the wrong debit card.

I tried calling the bank three times today around 11:30am (the bank's open until 3pm). The first time I called I got a recording, the other two times I called the phone rang 6 or 7 times then disconnected me. The bank needs to re-evaluate their policy for answering their telephones, because what they're doing (not doing) now isn't working for them. I'm a bit surprised about this because their one-on-one customer service in the bank is outstanding.

No one answers the phone. The lady was rude and condescending. What a shame since this bank is in such a convenient location.

Outstanding customer service! Rosario was very attentive, patient, and informative when explaining policies to another customer. When she saw a line forming, she assisted customers right away.

Pushy, Rude little guy isnide the bank made me use the indoor ATM and it would not work for what I needed to do. I told him that but he insisted on wasting my time and putting me in the back of the Teller line.
