the new manager here is an absolute entitled power hungry karen.. total disrespect for long time customers and the rudest person i have come in contact with at any bank... as soon as this last check clears (cause they just started doing 7 day holds on everything) ill be take by business elsewhere

Stopped in to cash a check. The teller was super nice and got me on my way quickly.

I have banked with this company for close to 20 years. Have had some issues, but things happen. They have all been resolved. My current issue is with their bill pay system. Have had issues with this system for 3 months now, and has come to a head recently. Won't go into to details but I am tired of being blamed for issues because someone didn't do their job. Just very frustrating when issues mess with your bank account. Then you get no one to take responsibility for the issue.

Good luck getting to speak with anyone that has a clue about their job or what they've done with the title for your vehicle. Want to talk to someone on the phone? That won't happen either. Decide to get a call back from a representative? If they call, they'll either drop your call or have you on hold until hell freezes over. If you can wait until hell freezes over (2+hours on hold) and you finally speak with some one... They're going to blame whichever issue you're dealing with the appropriate department saying "People in (insert department here) must not know what they're doing". They'll say let me look into this for you and either hang up or place you back into the calling pool to... Yes, you guessed it! Wait until hell freezes over yet again. Such a vicious cycle they keep going for eternity. Try going to a local branch and or the main branch you say? This is where it gets tricky because they can even duck you while you're there! Magically they have stepped away from their desk, not answering their phone or wait for it... Just left. Do yourself a favor and run not walk from this institution. Go to Members or even Allegacy if you feel like you should. In my opinion I'd bank at a "bank" before I'd ever do business with Truliant again.

I love this credit union!!!!! I have been with them for almost 10 years!!!!! They have been wonderful. The employees that work there do a great job and know there stuff!!!!!!!!! You always feel like family!!!!
